Bill did a good job getting the action low but he forgot to stretch the strings out and the guitar was completely out of tune by the time I got home. For $148 and an hour long trip that was pretty inconvenient. I could've fixed it myself, but I decided to leave it with them anyways to correct it. Got a call back the next day saying it was ready, picked it up, lo and behold it was still far out of tune. I just unlocked the nut and did it myself. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, twice. unfortunately it isn't something I can pretend didn't happen. On the bright side, guitar plays good now, but if I could've gone back I would've just done it myself. Hopefully this will help someone out there save some money.
