I purchased a 2025 Suzuki Boulevard C50T Special yesterday morning. I worked with Jeremy Weismann…read moreand could not be happier with his service and attention to detail. When I came into the dealership to sign the paperwork and finalize the deal, the bike was detailed, gassed up, and ready to ride. I would highly recommend working with Jeremy for your next bike purchase. Thanks for the great experience. Love the bike! (Steve)

I've been a loyal customer of this dealership for years, and their service department used to be…read moreone of the best in the area. Unfortunately, my recent experience was a major disappointment. They mounted my front directional tire backwards--a mistake no professional shop should make. Directional tires are engineered to channel water away from the contact patch and maintain stability at speed. When installed in the wrong direction, the tread can actually pull water toward the center, increasing the risk of hydroplaning. On a motorcycle, where you only have two small contact patches keeping you upright, this is more than an inconvenience--it's a serious safety hazard! Beyond wet-weather traction, reversed directional tires can affect braking performance and cornering stability. The tire's internal construction is designed to handle forces in a specific orientation, and mounting it incorrectly can compromise both handling and longevity. Mistakes happen, but this one shows a worrying lapse in attention to detail. I hope the dealership takes this seriously and improves their quality control, because riders depend on them for safe, reliable service.
