Sent out a Yelp request to get some duplicate keys made for a classic car (originals in hand). The big box stores had issues with "finding the program" on their automated machines, and were of no help. Afshin quickly replied to the request and we traded the needed information to hone in on key type, and agreed on pricing. We also exchanged numbers and he was quick to reply. Only docking a star as he was tied up with another job all day, and didn't meet the agreed upon arrival window. Had aligned on 4-5, but didn't end up showing until almost 8pm.
