David's done a great job replacing our tilt-up with sectional doors. Many other companies send an apprentice out only trained to take measurements and calculate an estimate. David himself came on site and was the first to identify some problems with the geometry of our garage. I confirmed this with subsequent professionals that came over, maybe half of them saw this problem before I brought it up. Make sure that whoever comes to inspect your door is a "master". When it came time to install, David and his team found an issue with rotting wood that had to be replaced.
