I needed a second key as I lost my first key for my Mazda. But there was an issue with an older key likely that it had three buttons instead of four. Marco was professional, friendly, competitively priced and very responsive. I needed two car keys programmed for a fairly old (2005) vehicle and he took care of it quickly and professionally. I also needed a house door lock rekeyed which he also fixed. This was the work he quoted me for. I also asked about a deadbolt on the same door that was a bit sticky. He said it had not been installed properly and was slightly out of alignment. He brought out a chisel and fixed the door so that he could position the deadbolt correctly. We had a great experience with Marco. He was very responsive and we were able to quickly make an appt. He came over to diagnose the problem, and found that a part inside our front door handle had broken. He didn't charge us anything for the diagnosis despite taking the whole front door mechanism apart. New parts to fix our particular problem were no longer available, so he was going to let us know what our options for new handles were. The next day he showed up and said that coincidentally another customer was getting rid of their door handle and that we could use the part inside theirs for our door.
