Really sketchy. Reading the other reviews it sounds like his neighborhood is not a place that you really wanna be. The waiting room is ample, but it's just so empty that it's eerie. I mean, the ride itself was less than $10 so I can't really complain too much because that would be more than gas to pay but it just feels a little bit weird here.

On our third time we tried Hands Free Transportation and met our driver Kamaal such a wonderful man he's on time every time, polite and understanding. kamaal's focus is to be on time, treat us with courtesy and to make sure we are finished with his services before he leaves. Our last 17 or so appointments have been with Hands Free Transportation and Kamaal, we are happy with this company and Kamaal, there is no need to look elsewhere, we are happy with this good customer service. Some buses are boarded on Weber Ave. This isn't as clear as it should be. If you're lucky enough to find one of their ambassadors of service, they will work efficiently to help you find your way, eliminating the confusion. You can reach most of the county from this center, and there are buses to Dublin/BART and Sacramento. Indoors, tickets are sold, but you must talk from behind the glass, so it can be a bit difficult to hear. Lighting outside is sufficient, except on Weber Avenue. Also, buses going to Tracy, Lathrop, and Manteca change where they are boarded, so be aware.

Responses to my inquiries were quick, polite, and professional from Paula at their office. We had several itinerary changes, which were graciously accommodated. Lucas, the driver, was punctual and got the teenagers safely to and from each stop. I drove separately to meet them at the first stop (photos at an obscure location) and I noticed Lucas drove that giant vehicle competently and followed all traffic laws. Bless him for calmly dealing with 18 rowdy teenagers, too. Parts of the outside of the bus could use a little perking up, but it was clean and very nice inside. Just like the photos posted. The stereo system was awesome, and the kids were able to connect their own music. They all said their time in the party bus was more fun than the prom itself, that they would have happily driven around in it most of the night. All in all, highly recommend!

I had a dialysis patient who really needed a urgent authorization and I had spoke to two other auth representatives on 6/17/26 who did not see previous auth that was submitted by my coworker on 6/10/26. Jimmy Espinoza was the 3rd representative I spoke to and he looked thoroughly to find faxed auth which was above and beyond due to his caring nature and concern for the patient.
