As she walked away the older lady was still passive aggressively talking at her then pulled her in the office with a scene that was unnecessary and degrading in my opinion. I waited in line for 5+ minutes because the manager poorly handled this. 1.the oncoming drawer should have been counted and ready to go before anything, enabling a smooth swap and for safety reasons (on coming cashed out her cash teal under not in the counter) 2. communicate with you customers (hello we are swapping cashiers please allow me to assist you over and thank you for your patience) 3. don't embarrass your associates in-front of customers no matter the situation especially if your a leader in the store. I do like that the store is getting cleaner I see A bald guy very nice cleaning all the time and upgrades are happening I believe a man was fixing the door as I was leaving. If you're lucky enough to find one of their ambassadors of service, they will work efficiently to help you find your way, eliminating the confusion. You can reach most of the county from this center, and there are buses to Dublin/BART and Sacramento. Indoors, tickets are sold, but you must talk from behind the glass, so it can be a bit difficult to hear. Lighting outside is sufficient, except on Weber Avenue. Also, buses going to Tracy, Lathrop, and Manteca change where they are boarded, so be aware.

The Underground Arcade is definitely more on the retro side but a nice little place to host a party for young kids. They had free place access to almost all games for 2 hours and also a chance to play in a little nerf course set up. The kids really enjoyed it and it was a nice change of pace from the brand name locations. This place offers a great value and while it's hard to find this place from the outside, there was ample street parking. They allowed outside food and the staff was over all helpful and professional. Worth checking out for a party for young kids!
