The process so was simple and Pat the owner came to my store and walked me through how he will be installing our cameras. Problem solvers and excellent service! We really can't thank them enough for their quality work! This review is a little late, but I really want to take a moment to thank these guys. I was looking for a 65 inch tv to be mounted for my boyfriends mom, and wanted every detail taken care of as we live 2 hours away and could not be there to make sure everything was done correctly. I spoke with Pat multiple times, and he gave me some info about what needed to be done via pictures. The other tricky part was that as I couldn't find anyone with adequate reviews or communication skills in palm desert, I was asking Pat and his team to drive over an hour from Temecula for the install, effectively taking up their entire day with our one instal. Pat gave me a price that I felt was fair, but he was very clear that I could get a better price from a vendor in my area, that he was charging for his time. I appreciated the honesty. He also was fine using our mount (we have purchased a quite nice one from Costco along with the TV and sound bar on back Friday) and advised that while it would be extra, we should have the sound bar mounted to the tv if we expected the swing the tv out. Pats team came out two days later, and inevitably there were complications. The plug was not where it was supposed to be to hide the wires, and after moving the fridge and taking the extra time to solve that, the TV was mounted and turned on and it was cracked! The guys helped get the tv back into the car, and waited while it was returned and exchanged to Costco. They did charge an hourly fee for this, but who can blame them? At the end of the day, with driving so far to help us and multiple complications, they handled it all like pros. Not a speck of dust left, and they took the time to help make sure the cable and WiFi was connected, taught my boyfriend mom how to use the tv AND made sure her Netflix was signed in and working. I just can't thank them enough for making an annoying task with annoying complications as smooth and well done as possible. read more

They installed Surround TV for me, set up my Apple TV and other apps to work much better and walked me through how to use my new set up. Second time I had to contact them I had previously purchased a new TV from Best Buy and after I bought it the screen would go black for a few seconds. Best Buy came out 4 times and even replaced the TV because they could not fix it. I called Pat and he said his guys were in the area and within 15 minutes they were at my house.
