More alarmingly, the pickup process is a major security risk. The front desk staff seemed completely indifferent to the children gathered in the corner, and there appeared to be no protocol to prevent a child from leaving with a stranger. If you are looking for a camp that prioritizes child safety and active engagement, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere.

Members are constantly slamming heavy weights on the floor which is especially annoying when there is a yoga class and stretching area next to that area. It has yet to be addressed. I do enjoy the fitness classes and the instructors are great. They have upgraded the weighted machines.

My daughter attends 1 class weekly and has loved every coach. The classes are challenging and fun. Usually rotations of different stations such as bars, floor and trampoline. The feedback is constructive and we as parents receive info on how the child progresses. I receive a monthly news letter, coupon for summer camp fun and birthday party discounts. The facility is large and fully equipped in various equipment and tools to help the kids with form. Free wifi and plenty of seats make it comfortable while we are waiting. Classes for all ages, boys tumbling and adult fitness offered.

I called and spoke with the league owner, and he told me of all the different sports that they had to offer and that most of the people in the league are new to the area as well. He helped me find a team for both softball and kickball and my experience has been a great experience. I've made multiple friends and we hang out often outside of playing weekly sports. I'm really glad I found this league.

You need to call and reserve and it usually takes a couple minutes to do that

This past weekend was a hockey game and a swim meet so I had to park very far away because I didn't get there early enough. The facility is always clean and looks well maintained. It is a little difficult to navigate if you're not exactly sure where you're going, but I always eventually find my way. They have so many amenities! There is a gym, a pool, an ice rink, and even a concession station! There's probably much more that I haven't seen, but it looks like they have a lot to offer. My best friend's family has a membership and they are there weekly if not multiple times a week. If I had kids and lived in Orange County, I would definitely check this out.

It offers a great recreational option for kids, with graduated competitive levels working from young to old. What's really nice is that Rainbow offers options for parents/adults too. They separate their options between young bucks and those who are starting to slow down, to ensure that it's fun for everyone. The best part about this league is that there are great volunteer coaches dedicated to the kids experience. They draw from the area as from the coaching program at UNC.
