I paid for 90 days worth of medication and I only received a 30 day supply. When I called to attempt to fix THEIR mistake, Candace repeatedly cut me off, told me I wasn't listening, and said that she would not give me the medication I was charged for. I have been coming to this pharmacy for over a decade and it has always been terrible. Extremely high turnover rate, rude, incompetent workers, and constant issues So many times I have gone without my medications due to this pharmacy's inability to function properly. The ONLY reason why I have stayed with this pharmacy for so long is because it is open 24 hours a day. At this point, I am going to get my prescriptions mailed from a different company's pharmacy. I am extremely disappointed with this pharmacy and will never shop at Walgreens again.

Just your average typical walgreens…read more Moi stopped in here to pick up some liquid "Salonpas" for my tailbone pain. Yes, I know, butt pain. I have "butt pain" it's really funny haha but its not really funny bc it really hurts, really. I been taking this serious metal detox & it's been keeping me up all night peeing, so I haven't been getting any sleep. Then, the post office sent my important mail to my other house by mistake so I had to go there to pick up my mail, sittin in very uncomfortable plane seats my tailbone is hurting like crazy. I usually use the made in JAPAN "Salonpas" pain relieving patches & they work really well. However, they do not stick on your booty like they do on your back. Especially if you are very energetic like I am, moving your booty all around all the time. The patches will just roll off your booty as you fidget around especially in bed when you are trying to sleep. So you really need a pain relieving cream for your butt. Now just for full disclosure, I have tried to put the Tiger balm on my tailbone pain but it gets really really HOT. And I don't like Hot booty. I prefer soothing cool booty cream. That's just me. You might like HOT Booty cream, it's your ass, your choice, Tiger balm is just too hot for moi booty, just sayin. Anyhoo, so if you have booty pain the "Salonpas" pain relieving cream works ok & it doesn't set your booty on fire like Tiger balm does. I went though the effort and dowloaded the GoodRx coupon to have it convenient for the pharmacy rep., and sent it in the drawer at the window. She said it did not ring up at what GoodRx had. And I had just printed this GoodRX coupon 5 minutes before I got to the pharmacy. I also had it on my email and text and showed her. No use, talk to a wall and get more satisfaction. The rep/pharmacist would not accept my Goodrx. She said the meds was 40 dollars more this time. This was for the same meds, same quantity, nothing changed. The same meds I got filled last month and the month before for approximately the past 132 months straight. All of a sudden no longer recognizes the GoodRX discount, with the actual current coupon or the Goodrx card according to the rep/pharmacist. But on Goodrx it shows plain as day the lower amount no matter how many times you pull it up, even a 5 year old can do it. It Makes zero sense. Walgreens at Beal and Racetrack. I H had to cancel my script and go down the road to Publix where it was even 48.00 dollars less than Walgreen's was trying to get. Thanks for the favor Walgreens.
