Now I like Dutch Bros, but that's a flaw for them. You're understaffed on a Saturday when you know the drive-thru will be out to the street? C'mon, corporate greed coming in here above customer service. Will I comeback to Dutch Bros, of course, but drive-thru only, why would I order ahead ever again when the drive-thru takes priority (understandable) and they can't handle both?

I used a delivery service, so when I opened the door and was hit with the aroma of garlic, I knew I was going to be happy. :-D The garlic tots did not disappoint, covered in minced garlic and seasoning, with the perfect crunchy finish. The bacon jam sandwich was a nice balance of sweet and tangy with what felt like a bit of a smoked undertone. No regrets this afternoon! While Oozey's definitely can't be a caloric norm- it's certainly being added to my treat day options!
