This business depends solely on location in great wolf lodge instead of customer service. We stood at the register for a good while with no acknowledgment, and when I finally asked if we could order, the associate told us to use the kiosk instead of helping us at the counter. While waiting in line, my wife pointed out to the associate that a fly was landing on the donuts inside the display case. He pulled out the tray, but the fly was still inside the glass with the rest of the donuts. This location needs serious improvement. read more

Matcha latte is so so. I can barely taste the matcha. Also I had a hard time recognizing my drink bc the matcha green color barely showed up... is matcha even there? Tho... they did gave me free whipped cream so ... There were no more donut holes by 11:15am so get there early. Is it better to go outside and grab coffee and/donuts? Prolly not. So we're stuck with this. Oh and this place doesn't take the corporate DD app bc why would they! You get what you get and you don't complain! But you can raise awareness. P.S. It's nice that they have a donut and coffee shop in the hotel. But I wouldn't buy them ever again. These were sad looking donuts and tasted old. They were purchased 11/1 about 8am. My husband took the kids to get donuts so I wasn't there but they brought these back and they have the least amount of icing, were stale and lacked any flavor. read more

This dunkin donuts locatedin Great Wolf lodge is the worst. I ordered some donuts and 2 coffee's. The asian guy there first looked so overwhelmed and did not want to be there, I understand amd gave him the benefit of the doubt but my problem was when after I placed my order I repeated it back to him just incase he didnt get it because others in line seemed to have complications at that time as well and wanted to ensure it was correct to avoid any problems due to the line already bring very long. The guy already messed up with the donut order, thats fine fixed it easy then noticed a screen with names or numbers for the drinks. He did not ask for my name nor give me a number or receipt. I went back to just ask if I was in the queue for a drink but did not find anything, also with the rush they had just made it worst because they made it seem like I didnt pay for it, then the Barista that finally made my drink only made one and I order 2, she then said I only paid for 1 not 2 brushed me away stated I needed to pay again for the second one and without a receipt it was hard to prove my case so I just left and accepted my fate. Whatever! It wasn't the one who made the drinks fault but that asain guy who initially took my order just messed everything up. This place is in Great Wolf Lodge and is slammed in the mornings. They were so quick and responsive. They got extra napkins right away when I let them know it was empty. Their prices were stellar for being in a tourist trap. My son and I both had breakfast sandwiches (5$ish) and they were so yummy. The sausage wasn't spicy, as my child says some sausage is. We appreciated the couple tables around so we could eat quickly before going about our day. We will be hitting this back up at lunch for 1.99 donuts and holiday cookie lattes. I love that they have a Dunkin located inside Great Wolf Lodge and that it's not a Starbucks! It is located around the corner from the main lobby, across from the ice cream spot. The Great Wolf Lodge has an app that you can use to order Dunkin ahead of time and it will text you when your order is ready for pick-up. We ordered Munchkins, an Everything But the Bagel, a Cold Brew and an Iced Coffee. Everything was as expected and it was a nice start to our long day of activities and swimming! The place was stocked full of young employees, but they were hustling and super friendly. Looked to be ideal place for a summer job and I enjoyed my interactions with them! First time here at Great Wolf Lodge and decided to try out Dunkin' Donuts. I was especially excited that they have French cruller donuts! It's like biting into heaven. Lol! Overall experience was great. You order from the kiosk, which I prefer, and they will call your name to pick up your order. If you are ordering donuts, make sure to check to see what they have in stock because that's all you can choose from. I went down on a Monday at 8am and all the donuts were in stock. It wasn't busy at all. Customer service was good. I didn't make any complicated orders so it was super fast and simple. I was expecting the donuts to be super expensive, but pricing was reasonable. read more

We didn't get coffee this time (as our last experience was not great). I ordered from the kiosk, as instructed or "forced" to do, because I was paying from my room key/wristband. Or maybe they tell everyone to use the kiosk, not sure. I DO NOT like using kiosks at any establishment, and I feel they are becoming the norm. My major complaint with kiosks is that it takes away human interaction, and ultimately puts people's jobs at risk of becoming obsolete. The kiosk was fairly simple (but that is not the point), I typed my name and phone #, and selected what I wanted. I had to ask another customer for help, instead of the five employees who wouldn't take my order. I ordered 2 slices of banana chocolate chip bread, and ten donut holes (assortment). Fifteen dollars and one cent later... I had to go up to the counter and ask for the assortment I wanted from the employee behind the counter. She was friendly and helpful. However, I felt rude by interrupting another customer to make sure my selection was understood and honored. Maybe the kiosk could have a note section to choose which donut holes a person wants when choosing "assortment". The options are chocolate, glazed, powdered sugar, and blueberry. I know my son doesn't like blueberries, so I opted for a semi-equal assortment of the other three flavors. Since it is only ten donuts, I chose 3 chocolate, 3 powdered sugar, and 4 glazed. I saw a few other donut holes after the fact, but I do not think they are included as an option for assortment. I remember when places used to offer a dozen donut holes for one price. Sadly, that is not an option here. :( There was not much of a line, there are only three kiosks. Only two of them being used, so I walked right up. There were a few customers standing and waiting for their orders, and a few patrons sitting and enjoying their order. The flavors: my son liked the glazed donut holes the best, and the powdered sugar the least. I only had an opportunity to eat powdered sugar. I thought the taste and consistency were fine. The banana bread with chocolate chips was pretty good. The scent when you open it is overwhelming with banana! So yummy. However, for about $5.00 a slice, it is pretty high, in my opinion. This review is solely based off service because we didn't get any food. We wanted a boo bucket. We've been looking forward to getting one since we saw it on the menu in the app and on the website. $16 for 50 donut holes on a cute bucket. Well, we get there and go to the kiosks to place our order, however, they are not on the menu at the kiosk. So we wait in line while's they take an order of the person in front of us, after they get their order taken we wait for our turn. About 5 minutes go by and they finally acknowledge us. But only to say "you have to order on the kiosk" we let them know that we want the munchkin bucket but we can't find it on the kiosk. They then say "that's cause we don't have them" as the menu right behind them shows that they sell them. Sooooo maybe take them off the menu so people don't think you sell them and also get a better attitude when working with the public. read more

Went to this location last week, was serviced by some extremely rude employee named Jacob. He also ignored me when I had a question and just ignored my order. I had to ask someone about my order and the other employee was super helpful and made it. Jacob is a terrible employee and I don't think any customer should be treated that way. My family and I were staying at the Great Wolf Lodge with a Dunkin' location inside. We were excited on finding this out, since Dunkin is our favorite coffee place! Unfortunately our experience wasn't the best. To place an order you have to use their kiosk. They had everything on menu like any other Dunkin location except the option for decaf drinks. This was surprising since I've never been to a coffee place that doesn't serve decaf coffee, and unfortunately decaf is the only coffee my dad drinks. After we placed our order for my sisters and myself, we waited for our dozen donuts and drinks. With my curiosity killing me I had to ask on why they don't serve decaf coffee. The worker replied saying they DO have decaf coffee, you just order whatever you want on the kiosk and tell us you want it decaf. I thought this was super inconvenient not only for customers but for the workers as well. - Place your order then tell the workers you want "This Drink" decaf and then hope the worker remembers and/or tells the other workers. Seems like a lot of extra steps/work for something that can be easily integrated in the menu on the kiosk. After waiting a couple minutes I received our donuts and drinks. After arriving back at our room my sisters informed me the drinks were made wrong, with the drink slip clearly saying what needs to be in the drink (the drinks were missing sweet cold foam and cinnamon sugar). I grabbed the drinks and made my way back to Dunkin'. I went right to the pick up section and told worker the drinks needed to be fixed and I'll be placing a single drink order that needs to be made with decaf. The worker fixed the two drinks and informed me that they ran out of decaf. I then asked her when will there be more decaf (expecting it to be like 30 minutes for more decaf to be made). She replied tomorrow. It's not even 9:30am on a Monday and they close at 3:00pm. Very surprised and disappointed with that answer. After taking the two fixed drinks back to my room, I joined my sisters for donuts and coffee. The donuts were good but can't say the same for the drinks. The drinks tasted way too strong. read more

2.5 stars for the food, -1 star for the wait. The line was out by where the trees are at and it took 1 hour and 5 minutes from that point to getting our food. Definitely worth driving out to another breakfast place. Donuts were ok, we've had better grocery store donuts - got a regular glazed, chocolate glazed, strawberry with sprinkles, and jelly. The best hot food item we had was the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. The black peppercorn bacon sandwich was marginal. A bit confused on how they make it, but the croissant part was more bready and less flaky (maybe different manufacturer) than on the first sandwich. Grilled cheese sandwich is not a traditional one as it is toasted instead of buttered/griddled. Manage your expectations on this one. The saddest item we got were the hash browns. 6 soggy, half tater tots in an order. I don't see a reason to come here unless there is no line or you are trapped at the water park. read more

Dunkin' needs to be sued. A vanilla latte has 2 shots of espresso. However, after ordering a small vanilla latte I told the staff that my drink didn't taste like espresso and I suspected there was only one shot. After taking to the staff they stated that they always make a small latte with a single shot. This calls for a class action lawsuit against Dunkin' as that's not how a latte is made. They then remade my drink and gave it to me in a medium and they said that's the only way to order it with 2 shots of espresso. However, a large latte doesn't come with 3 shots so I'm confused and this just seems like a cheap money grab on Dunkin' part. read more

Great customer service the two times I went! Once when I first got there in the afternoon forgot my morning coffee so I opted for the pineapple punch which was recommended by a worker after asking what drinks had caffeine. They did state this was going to have a full rockstar and if I was ok with that. Great recommendation it tasted good! The next day in the morning the line was super long but went quickly so no complaints. The gentleman who was the barista that day was very friendly and made my caramel macchiato with oat milk perfectly ! My niece dropped one of her donuts and they gave her a new one. The only downfall was that they didn't have much back up donuts waiting in the back if they were out of the donut in the window they definitely didn't have anymore. But doesn't hurt to ask if they do. read more

My kids ordered a box of 6 and chose the flavors they like on the screen thinking theyll get those! Upon calling our name for our order, this rude guy who puts the donuts inside the box tells us they dont have the donuts we bought. We can only choose from what they have. Wasn't going to order dunking donuts because we are on a limited budget but saw the advertised price on the screen $2.99 for a sausage egg croissant. I stopped and thought my how reasonable I'll grab a few! I ordered some and the total price was more than expected but there was a long line so I paid and step out of line. When looking at my receipt it said $5.29 for each one. I was confused and waited in line to ask thinking I was charged wrong. When I got upfront to ask she said oh yeah the prices up there on the screen are normal Dunkin' Donuts prices not the Dunkin' Donuts in the resort. I feel that they should have to honor the advertised price but they wouldn't. False advertising and am extremely saddened. The great wolf is not a cheap trip and to have places inside their facility like this is disheartening. When I go back downstairs I will try to attach photo of advertised price. read more

Burnt toast. I wouldn't have reviewed, but a member of the staff was rude, too. They know if you're staying here, they've got you. It's worth it to get in your car and get breakfast anywhere else. These guys do two things, pour coffee and put donuts in a box...and yet it takes 5 minutes to complete any and all orders, regardless of the simplicity or complexity. Absolutely terrible service that is both super slow and way overpriced. It has no business operating in Great Wolf, and as opposed to waiting in line for LITERALLY over an hour you can drive 5 minutes out to any of the other places, get your donuts, come back, eat them, and it would still be faster than the person waiting in line. Forced me to use a kiosk which was on the other side of area and the kiosk did not have all products and the system was not intuitive for drink orders. Asked a question and they were not helpful. Especially at this location, where it's parents at their wits end with their kids, just be helpful and get us coffee with the least amount of headache ordering. Move the kiosks to do a better flow, your kiosks are closer to the ice cream store and candy store. Put them right in front so you can answer questions. read more

Got a sourdough breakfast sandwich and butter pecan iced coffee. Overall met my morning needs of food and caffeine. The workers are friendly enough and the order came out very quickly after ordering (less than 5 minutes?) Seems like most people just come to this yelp page to file a complaint. We came down right after it opened at 7am. It was mobile order only. I ordered a latte and 6 donuts. The app doesn't allow you to choose your donuts, but when your name is called you can go up and select them. I had a very short wait. The worker was nice and quick. The latte was yummy and the donuts were fresh, but I'm not a fan. I prefer Krispy Kreme or the regular mom and pop donut shops. read more

This has to be the worst customer service I've had in awhile. Came on June 19th @ 1:35 pm at the Great Wolf Lodge. just in case a manager wants to check the schedule of who was on shift. I had bought a Signature Carmel Latte for my husband and it was a FULL LARGE CUP. I went back 20 minutes later and order the EXACT SAME THING....and it was about 1/3 less? I went to show the same guy that made it and he claimed that the serving I received the 2nd time was a LARGE size, amx that because whip cream melts that is what I get. Ummm, no. That was absolutely not what I received the on the first order. Being in customer service myself, you would think he would make the situation right off the bat. Nope. He continued to ARGUE with me. I told him that I wanted it remade and wanted a large one like I had ordered. He then went to fill upa cup with REGULAR BREWED COFFEE? What? That is not what I paid for. He was rude and acted confused that I wanted the ORIGINAL order remade. Never did he apologize and gave me full on attitude filled with the most disrespectful rudeness I've seen in a long time. This is unacceptable for any business to be conducted . He remade the Latte and basically slammed it on the counter, still with so attitude. I will surely NOT return to a Dunkin' if this kind of customer service is consistant with the what I experienced today. read more

Didn't have many choices for breakfast type food while staying at the lodge so went to Dunkin. Read some of the reviews about wait time but line wasn't too long (6-8 people in front),so got in it .. probably 10 minutes or so before it was our turn. Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, wanted tater tots but they were out. Grilled cheese was nice and hot . Very cheesy. Seems like they actually made it and not taken out of prepackaged and warmed up. It was crispy but kinda of had an eggy taste to it. Maybe will try again another day at another location to see... Also got a chocolate croissant and a chocolate chip muffin. Croissant was soft and buttery . Yum! Muffin was good. Very tasty. Ordered a pineapple mango coconut milk refresher thinking it'd be like a Starbucks pink drink except pineapple mango flavor .. but that was wrong! Not even close! The drink tasted like medicine. Two sips and threw it out. Lesson learned! Maybe would have been better with Lemonade instead of coconut milk? Idk ... but Starbucks refreshers definitely much better! Also got a vanilla iced coffee and that was really good. Perfect amount of coffee and vanilla to where can still taste the coffee and not just syrup! This Dunkin' Donuts shop is WAY WAY understaffed for being inside a resort. Waited over an hour in line beginning at 8am to get some food. It's completely unacceptable to have to wait so long. Stayed in Great Wolfe, lucky to have DDs inside the hotel. Lined up to grab our breakfast..... Ordered 3 sweet black pepper bacon sandwich, 2 bacon egg and cheese croissant, 2 bagels with cream cheese, 3 drinks and a dozen assorted donuts (mind you not in a box)... when I asked the lady who was prepping the donut, she stated they ran out of box... while waiting for our other order, alas a box is now available.... What made me upset with them is not about the box --- but just be honest with what you say to customer. Customer will understand if you just explained and be transparent with the reason why you can't put my order of 1 dozen donut in a box (instead in a paper bag)I hate to utter this word -- is this a form of "discrimination"?
