Our oven quit heating & my husband is very handy with appliance repairs but this time he couldn't resolve the issue. A&Y came highly recommended. We called them & an appliance service technician came out that day very same day & on a Saturday! He diagnosed the issue and told us he would call us when our part was in. Our part was in and only three days. We reached a text to say that our technician would be out before a specific time and no, we did not have to wait! A&Y has good reviews on google and the few reviews on Yelp were also positive so I decided to give them a try. They came out the same day I called, which was unexpected and great! They sent me live updates so I knew when service was going to start. Our dishwasher wasn't draining, and Ara came in between the 4-6 PM time frame (at 4:11 PM, at the beginning of the window) and gave us a quote. We accepted and in less than 30 minutes our dishwasher was working again. I think the rate was reasonable for how fast and efficient the whole process was. While I hope to never need them again, if anything else breaks down, I know who I'll be calling. read more

I decided to buy new fridge because the Samsung refrigerators have a serious design flaw. The heating element is too close to the plastic backing therefore ultimately cracks the plastic. I first reached out to this company, because I was having a problem with my washing machine. The person who answered the phone was very straightforward, clear, and professional. I called and asked if someone can head on over ASAP, and meanwhile all of the sudden my machine started working. Then after I waited some time, it had stopped working again, so then I reached back out, to see if anyone was still available to come over and check out what the problem was. After scheduling a "3rd" repair call with another company , then having that company cancel the appointment 3 hours before the appointment, I called A&Y out of sheer desperation. What a luck call!!! This was the best appliance repair company I have ever used. The person answering the phone was clear speaking and professional. He said the repair person would be at my home within two hours for my refrigerator repair. He sent me a text with confirmation and Mikayel as the repair person. Mikayel arrived on time, introduced himself and got to work. He diagnosed the problem within 10-15 minutes and started the repair. The problem was frozen water in the water supply line which took over an hour to dislodge. He even had to leave the house to get a better tool for unfreezing the line since his steamer was not doing the job. During all the time Mikayel was totally communicative, calm and professional and spent as much time as necessary to finally unfreeze the line. We could not have asked for a more dedicated repair person as Mikayel and would definitely call A&Y Appliances in the future should the need arise. I would give them 10 stars if I could. read more
