Just be careful with this company. I was charged 200.00 up front for transport from Las Vegas to Texas. Upon receipt of my vehicle they knew nothing about the deposit I paid and charged me the full amount. I tried numerous times to call Bethany and even sent numerous text messages and to this date there has been no response at all and this has been since 4/1. So basically I'm out 200.00. They told me they were a local company that did all the transport but they apparently contract it out. The driver that arrived with my vehicle was very nice and I spoke with his boss but this was not their fault that I was given wrong information. And again absolutely no response at all. My auto transport company was a great company for shipping my 1965 Mercedes and Nissan rogue. I will highly recommend. First I shipped my 1965 Mercedes. From Wisconsin to Texas they got it done very fast and very affordable. There was an issue with a latch on the tow truck so the driver needed to get that fixed and left a day later. which they compensated me for the inconvenience and I decided to ship my other vehicle that next week. If I could leave negative stars, I would. I got a quote online and paid the deposit via credit card to transport my vehicle from Texas to California. My card was charged for the $75 deposit and I thought the remainder of the payment would also use the same card. The pick up driver showed up early and was angry because he had to wait. I scheduled a pick up time for a reason and he showed up NOT at the scheduled time. The delivery driver showed up and demanded zelle for the balance. I told him that wasn't the agreement and charge my card. He cussed, he yelled, he was absolutely unprofessional when I declined to send him a zelle payment. I called the broker to settle this and he was also problematic. Long story short, here are my issues: #1 the quote DID NOT state payment would need to be remitted via zelle, cashapp, cashiers check or cash. I finally found it on the receipt AFTER I paid the deposit; #2: the unprofessionalism was rampant. The driver Alex as an a$$hole and the other Alex (whom I originally spoke with) kept sending me to voicemail when I called to get this issue resolved; #3: this company is a brokerage and contracts drivers without disclosure to the customer (it's giving criminal). This company is ridiculous. Do not use. The communication and customer service is appalling. For a company called My Auto Transport Company they are very bad at transporting autos. I was driving across the country when my car broke down. When three mechanics looked at it and shrugged I decided to ship the car the rest of the way home. To better understand the story you need to realize I have a very unusual car, a Toyota Crown (imported from Japan so right side drive) and it was converted into a Hearse. It looks like a Buddhist temple was placed on a sedan. It is oversized and quite the eye catcher. At first I was impressed with this company because not only was the Bethany very nice, but she was the fourth shipping company I called and was the only one to answer the phone. Bethany promised the car would be taken care of immediately. I sent them photos of my car and she assured me the size of the car would not be a problem. It would be an extra $75 for a space on top of the transport vehicle. (When it finally arrived it was not on top of a transport vehicle.) I was given a quote just over $1000, which I thought was a little expensive, but I was told it would be taken care of that day, or the next at the very latest. I had such peace of mind from these false promises that I flew home. I called them a few days later when the mechanic was wondering when this crazy car was going to be off his lot. I was paying $35 a day for storage at the mechanic. I called My Auto Transportation Company and Bethany's tone dramatically changed. When I asked why the vehicle has not been moved I was told, "Sometimes customers hear what they want to." I was shocked, but what choice did I have, I was several states away and at their mercy. When I called a few days later I was told it may take "up to a week." I paid the mechanic for more storage and waited until that week was up. When I called again, they were not answering their phone. When I finally got ahold of someone I was told Wednesday. I was tempted to cancel the order right then and there, but decided not to. Wednesday came and no one picked up the car, on top of that My Auto Transport Company did not tell me why. Again I call and no answer. When I finally get ahold of Bethany she tells me the truck broke down on the way there. I was angry, but understand these things happen. When I start to stress the importance that this car needs to be off the streets of downtown Las Vegas, Bethany begins talking over me. I am appalled by the lack of decorum and customer service, but at least I have a date that is going to be picked up. The next deadline for pickup they set comes and goes. Again, I have to pay more storage fees to the mechanic who was nice enough to move it indoors each day. When I call Bethany is mean from the beginning. She repeatedly tells me she has everything recorded, as if this should scare me. I was told since I did not respond to an email it was my fault. (We have always communicated by phone at this point, not email) I look back through my emails and find one addressed to "Dear Christian," which is not my name so I ignored it. I was told since I didn't respond to the email the truck could not pick up the vehicle. They say they didn't have the address of the mechanic, which was the second thing I told them after my name. Also if they don't have the address where was the first truck that broke down going to? Clearly they had the address. By now I've had several restless nights worrying about the car and the racking expenses. This company is the very opposite of piece of mind and if they actually answer the phone Bethany is there with an extremely rude attitude. Finally, I have an assigned driver, Raul. He promises me it will be picked up Tues. He calls the next day that is will be Wednesday. Then he calls Wednesday to say it will be tomorrow. I explain that everyday is costing me money and could you please pick it up today. He says he can, and he will arrive just before the mechanic closes. Then he calls saying he will arrive just after they close. I say I really need this done tonight since it will be unlocked and outside the mechanic. I don't hear anything and Raul is not answering the phone. I finally get a text at 11:30 at night that it is picked up. A few days later the car arrives on the back of a trailer. I get an invoice for $1200. Since the initial quote was $1000, and I already paid over $200 for a deposit this was confusing. I tried to call Bethany but no answer. I figured I would just pay to get my car and figure it out later. When I do get ahold of Bethany she is back to her rude self. She often yells. She complained that I was calling her every day, which I was not. She then begins threatening me with repossession of the car. She refuses any kind of refund and said I should have been charged more. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are scammers, liars, and very unprofessional. read more

Bethany and her team were very professional and informative - the cost to ship my car cross country was $1500 from Las Vegas NV to Bangor ME and I was not charged anything over what they originally quoted me. My car arrived sooner than expected and it was in the same condition I gave them the car. the driver was also very nice and accommodating on a date change that I had. *READ IN IT'S ENTIRETY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SCAMMED* Bethany is not organized and she is most certainly a liar. This is a clear bait and switch scam. My husband and I called her directly and set up arrangements for shipment from Las Vegas to houston. This is a corporate move, being paid for by my husband's job. Bethany quoted $1350.$350 was paid by credit card for a deposit. The remaining $1000 would be charged upon delivery. That is what was told by Bethany Sparks. We have a dash cam recording of the call on bluetooth because we were literally in the car trying to find a company before our flight left that evening.  Bethany promised a lot of things that she did not follow through with: a text with the drop off address, an invoice, and a follow-up call to tell us when it was picked up. I called on Friday 8/19 and she said the car was picked up and should be delivered that day or saturday.Later she denies speaking with me even though there is a clear record of the call. So, Monday 8/22 morning we get a illiterate text from the "driver" saying we have to come get our car now at a location that is 20-30 minutes away.Mind you, both me and my husband are at work and this threat of come get your car I can't wait all day, is out of nowhere. So my husband has to reschedule his morning meeting, and get in an uber to go pick up the car. He gets to some sketchy neighborhood and told that the remaining amount of $1000 needs to be paid for in cash. THIS WAS NEVER TOLD TO US BY BETHANY AT ALL! Multiple conversations have been had and this was never mentioned. We were fully aware of the $1000 balance and prepared to have it ran on the card provided.Invoice was never received. We have asked her numerous times to send the invoice that she says was sent on 8/12 that states this info - and she refuses, saying she sent it and it was opened.  This is an easy forward from your sent folder right? No. Everything is difficult with this rude lady Bethany. The driver Daniel Martinez, the transport company Loralex Logistics LLC, and Bethany, then tell us well we are taking your car back to Las Vegas. They stopped communicating with us until we got other agencies involved (federal, and state). We filed a police report and a complaint with FMCSA because they were not telling us where the car was going and who the transport company was. From a law enforcement perspective that is considered theft but a 10 day demand letter must be sent first. The money dispute would be civil but the car recovery after the expiration of the demand letter is not.This has gone on for days (just that simple request). I have a tracker on my car. But it was the fact that this information should most certainly be disclosed. Bethany stated several times that it is our fault because we did not have the money to pay, which was not true. We have cards but the cash reimbursement of $25k of the first part of our move was not going to be deposited until today 8/25. From what I was told by other reputable companies, the broker (Bethany) could have charged the card and just submitted payment to the driver. However, Bethany tried to wash her hands and say she is no longer involved, but the "contract" is with her. So now like other reviewers, we are at her mercy because she has our car.  As of 6:42 pm the car is back in my possession after having my elderly parents go across town to meet with drivers they don't feel safe around and finish the shakedown payment transaction. We have now secured a new shipping company paid for on the company card in FULL. Today we paid $3000, all together we have paid $3350.GO TO AMERICAN AUTO SHIPPING. The emails are different. Everything is transparent. She is going to respond with lies, this we know. We listened to her deny and lie to us even with documentation to support our issues. Believe the negative reviews you read. Why would someone post a random review on a shipping company? They wouldn't.
