I come in and sit down as Jenny was finishing up with her client. Jenny is the sweetest and always does an amazing job with my pedicures. I regret going to any other nail shop. Her massages are A1 and she will never rush, even if there's other people waiting. Love her for that. So Jenny had me sit in the massage chair to use while I wait for her to finish with her client. I wish I could've been soaking my feet, but I've noticed that many nail salons don't allow you to soak while you wait. Anyway there were two men walking/sitting around and I didn't see them offer anyone a complimentary drink. But I asked Jenny and she got it for me. Now that the business is under new management, it looks like they may be renovating so I'm exited to see how it turns out. As long as Jenny's here I will continue to come back because my girl never disappoints. I was charged $40 (i got the $35 pedicure) and did not receive the paraffin wax as requested. Safe to say that I'm a little disappointed.

Paris Nails is HANDS DOWN the most incredible nail salon I've ever been to in my life. The kind lady that greeted me when I walked in (didn't catch her name unfortunately!) was so welcoming and ensured I was just fine for not having an appointment. She presented me with options with prices for services, gave personal recommendations, and then brought me to my seat. THEN I was welcomed further with a luxurious, warm, neck-wrap to ease my neck/ shoulders during my manicure. I have never seen that EVER!!!! I felt like a queen. Rio was my manicurist nail tech hero. He was kind, patient, and oh-so-very detail oriented. I have never seen a nail tech with so much attention to ensuring everything is even and pure perfection. Normally, salons make me feel stupid for not putting my hands in the right place, or I know for a fact they skip buffing/clipping cuticles, etc, but not Rio. He took SO much time to make sure I loved the shape, color, and look of my nails. I just kept gushing over his professionalism the entire time with the sincerest sentiments of gratitude. This set looks so natural, beautiful, and just... perfect. I just want to stare at them, I love them so much. Thank you, Rio. But wait.... There's more. I stayed and indulged in a pedicure. I went for the Signature Pedicure. Sisi did this service for me, and so say that she was excellent just doesn't even BEGIN to describe this woman. I felt like she cared for me like her own. She took so, so much time to work on my calluses (ah yes, I am a server, so anyone in the restaurant industry knows how badly non-slip shoes destroy our feet) and they now feel brand new. Sisi was so kind, so gentle, so precariously clipping and scraping and clipping and then back to massaging, again and again. Last pedicure I received (at an Altamonte springs store that will not be named) I was in and out of that chair in less than 30 minutes. Sisi, this sweet angel, stayed after close JUST to make this pedicure look perfect. I arrived at this store at 5:30 pm. But, there she was, well after 8 pm making sure my nails looked pristine. In all, it goes without further explanation that I had an exceptional experience at Paris Nails. And I will be bringing my sister, my in-laws, my fiancée-- and anyone who will hear me out-- to treat themselves to this experience. Acrylic Set (the new acrylic with less toxins. Don't know the name): $75 Pedicure: $40 (for the same acrylic set and polish. And French tip) Signature Pedicure (massage and exfoliation): $55 In all, with tip, I paid $210. Worth it? YES. I had come here in September to get nails on my birthday. They were beautiful blue french tips and came out great. Roughly 3 weeks later I had gone for a fill to get nails for Halloween and this was the worst experience I had ever had. I was there for over 3 hours for a fill in on a simple set. I had told one of the ladies I wanted just a black french and she said she could do some spider webs so I caved and said sure. Big mistake. One lady filed my nails and a different lady came over to start my fill. She sliced my fingers in numerous spots so bad and my middle finger on my left hand was cut so bad it was dripping blood. This lady instantly put alcohol on it and didn't say a thing. It burned so bad and I just sat there in pain. Looking back I wish I had said something about that because it wasn't right and my finger was in such bad pain. I had multiple smaller cuts on my other nails but this one was unbelievable. Not to mention, this lady had acrylic stuck under my nails and never took it out. It was my biggest pet peeve because i kept trying to get it out and I couldn't. After that, a completely different lady came over to show the previous lady how to do a french tip, seems like she had no idea and I was proven right. The second lady finished my black french and it looked so messy. The sides of the french were dragged all the way to my cuticles, the lines were not even AT ALL, they were shaky and the fingers on each hand didn't even match. At this point she hadn't even done the spider web and I wanted to just have her finish so I could leave but I gave the benefit of the doubt... I should've just paid and left. She ended up doing Spiderman's face. Which is NOT what I wanted at all as I am not a Spiderman fan. She said spider web not Spiderman's face. She wanted to do his eyes and at that point I told her not to and that I am done. This fill in cost me $75. On a messy, painful and not what I asked for fill in. I got in the car and cried about these nails and the money I had just wasted on something I was not happy with. The amount of pain I endured was not worth it. From a far my nails may have looked nice but up close I hated them. I thought my story would end there but it sadly did not. After this awful experience, I vowed to never return to this salon. I wished and wished these nails would have just fallen off instead of me prying them off. These nails stayed on for 6 WEEKS without budging. I got in contact with a private nail tech to see if she can help me. We ended up trying to soak these nails off and they would not budge in acetone. She was prying them off and nothing. I have no clue what product was used on my nails out they have caused permanent damage to my fingers. This nail tech said it feels as though super glue was used, and I believe that wasn't the case but super glue on my nails sounds scary. My nail tech refused to put a new set on as I have a "greenie" forming on one of my nails from this past set. She scrubbed and scrubbed to take these nails off and nails were so damaged I will never be able to get over it. My nails have permanent indents in them that I can only hope go away with growth and time. And I cannot get a new set of nails for maybe a month now as my nails are so thin and weary. I don't know what Amy's Nail Spa did to my nails but I now have to deal with all that damage on my own. Therefore, if you are looking for something that doesn't harm your nails in the moment and long-term, go to a private nail tech. The ladies that I dealt with on that day in October were aggressive with my fingers, did not care about anything, and are not knowledgeable enough to do nails. I arrived with no appointment, but i had called about 15 minutes prior to my arrival. I sat at the first table on the left side of the room (not next to the wall) with a mature technician. I showed her a picture of what i was wanting, more rounded coffin/oval shaped, and ombre natural to allow longer wear before a fill is required. I identified that I previously wore GelX, but was open to other options, but didn't want acrylic. She mentioned a couple of options, but she was difficult to understand. She understood my desire for ombre - i asked if she could do what i wanted and she said a very clear 'yes'. She started and asked a couple of questions of natural color preferences - i said that I would rely on her since i wasn't that picky. She started and was only the 3rd or so nail and a gentleman stopped by and was watching what she was doing and questioning what i was wanting. I explained i used to wear GelX but was open, but didn't want acrylic. He responded with "we do GelX. . . you do realize that's acrylic" - i didn't, but at this point i felt it was too late. I believe he was the one of the owners. She continued to do my nails and I became very concerned as i saw the fairly wide gap between the start of the acrylic and my cuticle. While I may be picky at times, the woman next to her was standing up and watching her work and chatting with her. Others stopped by to watch, including the same gentleman and a couple of other techs and I believe one of them was another owner. They all watched and never showed concern or spoke/questioned my Nail Tech. All i kept thinking was maybe there are different steps and once she continues my areas of concerns may be taken care of. Unfortunately, the product only got worse as she continued. Why didn't i complain? 1) I had already spent a good 1.5 hours in the chair and couldn't afford to waste any more time and 2) co-workers/owners watched throughout the entire time and didn't have any concerns with the quality of work at any time so I didn't expect anything to be different at the end. I've been in this situation with a quality concern quite a while ago and co-workers/owners stopped the work on their own and directed correction. Unfortunately, this didn't happen and I had to learn an expensive lesson. Not even a week later one of the nails broke off and I went to another nail salon which stated they needed to be fully removed as they were done wrong and were very much already lifting away from the nail bed.
