The manicure left a lot to be desired. Less than 2 hrs later my clear coat peeled off the thumb. So that was a little disappointing. I didn't get a lot done, and 28 was a little more than i expected, but others in the shop seemed to have better mani experiences, so I'd be willing to try again. The pedicure was a lot better. The pedicure tech was very kind as well. I recommend it and would definitely come back for a pedicure without question. Overall, management and the ladies were pleasant. What an EXCEPTIONAL experience!!! I just had the mani/pedi of my dreams. Literally euphoric. I felt like royalty in that place. Paris Nails is HANDS DOWN the most incredible nail salon I've ever been to in my life. The kind lady that greeted me when I walked in (didn't catch her name unfortunately!) was so welcoming and ensured I was just fine for not having an appointment. She presented me with options with prices for services, gave personal recommendations, and then brought me to my seat. THEN I was welcomed further with a luxurious, warm, neck-wrap to ease my neck/ shoulders during my manicure. I have never seen that EVER!!!! I felt like a queen. Rio was my manicurist nail tech hero. He was kind, patient, and oh-so-very detail oriented. I have never seen a nail tech with so much attention to ensuring everything is even and pure perfection. Normally, salons make me feel stupid for not putting my hands in the right place, or I know for a fact they skip buffing/clipping cuticles, etc, but not Rio. He took SO much time to make sure I loved the shape, color, and look of my nails. I just kept gushing over his professionalism the entire time with the sincerest sentiments of gratitude. This set looks so natural, beautiful, and just... perfect. I just want to stare at them, I love them so much. Thank you, Rio. But wait.... There's more. I stayed and indulged in a pedicure. I went for the Signature Pedicure. Sisi did this service for me, and so say that she was excellent just doesn't even BEGIN to describe this woman. I felt like she cared for me like her own. She took so, so much time to work on my calluses (ah yes, I am a server, so anyone in the restaurant industry knows how badly non-slip shoes destroy our feet) and they now feel brand new. Sisi was so kind, so gentle, so precariously clipping and scraping and clipping and then back to massaging, again and again. Last pedicure I received (at an Altamonte springs store that will not be named) I was in and out of that chair in less than 30 minutes. Sisi, this sweet angel, stayed after close JUST to make this pedicure look perfect. I arrived at this store at 5:30 pm. But, there she was, well after 8 pm making sure my nails looked pristine. In all, it goes without further explanation that I had an exceptional experience at Paris Nails. And I will be bringing my sister, my in-laws, my fiancée-- and anyone who will hear me out-- to treat themselves to this experience. Acrylic Set (the new acrylic with less toxins. Don't know the name): $75 Pedicure: $40 (for the same acrylic set and polish. And French tip) Signature Pedicure (massage and exfoliation): $55 In all, with tip, I paid $210. Worth it? YES. Rio is awesome and did my nails pretty quickly! I was able to get a same day appointment and was seen to not even 10 minutes later. The vibe of the salon is super welcoming. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the area! Update: Not even 2 hours later, the polish on 2 of my nails were rubbing off. The only thing I've done was eat lunch and walk around the mall. Was doing some shopping with my best friend in the shopping strip and my toenails needed to be trimmed so we walked in here. Place was packed with ladies getting manis and pedis but I was able to get squeezed in. Was sat down and the lady was able to trim my nails but was not as good as the location closer to home. She barely trimmed the pinky nails which causes a bit of pain if not done right. She also did not trim as well but at least they were trimmed back some. It was the same price ($10) so no complaints there. read more

Showed them a picture for reference of what I wanted and let me tell you... it looked better then the picture! A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I would recommend Kathy! I went in looking for Ombré fall nails and left with these due to the fact that I was in a rush and the lady was rather slow In her process as well as had to Go over things multiple times. Great customer service. Need better more efficient nail techs. Tech started doing the ombré and did it in a way that the ombré didn't lay correct so due to time restrictions I had to change nail choice. I think for paying $50 plus for nails I should leave happy and I didn't even get a chance to get my eyebrows done like I originally said I wanted to do. I entered at about 11:35 I'm leaving now at 2pm when all I got done was my feet and hands. All I needed was a quick gel color change, my nails were all even and groomed She proceeded to say she needed to to get the gel off. Ok sure. Then she did it over the nails that weren't polished. All the nails. She ruined my nails 100%. They didn't break for months and this lady ruined them. They are thin as paper and two days ( TWO DAYS ) later they're all breaking at the finger. She wanted to get her SNS removed and get gel in a new color, but they thought she meant she just wanted it refilled in the same color... something lost in translation there. As a result, we ended up being there for much longer than we needed to be. As for me, I just wanted a gel manicure, but the lady did not ask what shape I wanted and just started filing all of mine to be square. My manis usually last me about two weeks and my pedis about a month and half. Asides from detail oriented, they are usually extremely friendly. They do acrylics and gels but I've never gotten them done so I cannot judge on how good they are. They get really busy on the weekends so try to come early or late. read more
