Classic Bacon Cheese with fried egg and mushrooms, and Cajun fries
    Alan B.

Craving a burger and this place looks promising. I got a classic bacon cheese with fried egg and mushrooms. Also got Cajun fries and a soft drink. All totaling $20.. I guess that's reasonable nowadays. The guy at the register wasn't really knowledgeable about the menu. The food was relatively quick, I inhaled it. I was also offered garlic mayo, which I used for my fries. The burger was really good! After eating a decent size burger, I'm still hungry. Next time I'll have to get a double patty

I love the burgers here. They have gluten free buns and many free toppings. The service has always been fast.

This place has quickly become my go-to burger joint when I'm out doing errands. It's hard to admit it because I'm such a Culver's fan since I was a kid, but I enjoy this burger more. The fries are top notch - I'd have to say these are my favorite fries in the twin cities. Worth mentioning that everything is always served hot. The female cashier isn't the most welcoming, but she gets my order right every time. They have a few local beers on tap and $20 will get you one beer, a burger, and fries. Even when they are busy with multiple orders/to-go orders, your order is done within 5 minutes or less. I love how efficient they are. They are well staffed. The restaurant itself is always clean. There are two private bathrooms. The Richfield location is my favorite location based on order accuracy, the speed of service, and quality of food. I will definitely be back.

I found this place on Yelp and was able to put an order in online. I headed over and managed my way through the roundabouts and found a parking lot to park in right behind the place. My order was ready when I got there and the workers were very friendly and ensured I got everything I needed - asked if I need condiments. I took my meal back to my hotel. The bun was fluffy and the burger seasoned well. The fries were also pretty good. Lots of food for sure. I treated myself to a chocolate milkshake which was basic but hit the spot. I'd recommend this place if you are craving a good burger!

Back here in MN for the winter and reunited with My Burger. I had the chance to taste their burgers my first time in MPLS back in September. Sadly, I didn't have a chance to post my review back then because the burger was pretty flippin' good, I ate through it before I could take a flick. Today, went with the fam to Mall of America and rather than eating at any of the restaurants there, we opted to wait to eat closer to home. The location on Lyndale Ave in Richfield was poppin' on a Sunday. Perhaps 'coz school's out for winter break or maybe the $1 Surly Sunday's had a lot to do with it. I really wanted to try the grilled chicken burger but sadly, they were out today. So I chose to go with the classic bacon cheese burger with regular fries. My daughter had the same burger order but paired it with their chocolate milkshake. And like any good old fashioned milkshake, theirs is made with real ice cream. The burger was cooked perfectly and the bacon was not too crispy but still had a bite. I like that the lettuce is shredded so you can still appreciate the crunch. Their fish burger was also solid. The fish patty seemed like it was fried because there was a definite crunch on the breading. If it was fried it did not seem greasy at all. I hope to come back before I leave the state and I'm hopeful they will have the grilled chicken burger available by then. Because the chocolate milkshake was sooo good, I ordered the bigwatt coffee milkshake and boy... that was enough to make up my mind to come definitely come back couple more times. A small local business you definitely want to support. And in an area where it's definitely surrounded by big fast food chains like DQ, Wendy's and McDonald's, this establishment is definitely holding its own ground because of the food quality and great customer service.

After a full day of Great Wolf Lodge, our two families were starving and looking to fill up on some delicious burgers and My Burger definitely satisfied that hunger. We came with a party of 4 adults and 7 kids and it was a breeze placing our order. The woman behind the register did a run down of the menu for us as it was our first time and service throughout the entire meal was along the same time. I ordered the original double patty and it was a gooey, juicy mess. The "free" fries with the meal were meh... Honestly they tasted like a thicker version of burger kings fries. No one among the 11 of us thought they were anything to write home about and I'm not sure anyone finished their fries. This is such an opportunity for improvement! Loved the design and look throughout the place, just wished they had better ventilation- it was smoky in there. Great burgers, great design, meh fries, and meh ventilation!

We grabbed a seat on the patio since the weather was nice, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Service was quick, and our food arrived in a timely manner. I ordered the Sandy Signature Burger with fries. The burger had great flavor, the onions were cooked perfectly, and the cheese was melted just right. The bun held together well from start to finish, which is always a plus. At only $9 for the burger and $13.75 with fries, it felt like an excellent value and was the perfect amount of food. My wife ordered the Sandy Sizzler with tots, and here's what she had to say: "This burger was juicy and flavorful. The seasoning was spot on, enhancing the beef without overpowering it. The jalapeños added the perfect amount of heat, while the chipotle mayo brought a smoky, creamy kick that tied everything together beautifully. The crispy tots were the perfect side--golden, crunchy, and cooked well. While the portion wasn't huge, it was just the right amount to complement the burger without leaving you overly full." Overall, we were pleasantly surprised. Good food, friendly service, fair prices, and a relaxed atmosphere. We'll definitely stop back if in the area.

Looks like there are daily specials/activities (see pic). When we walked in, we were greeted by the host who was our server and everyone's else server also, so clearly they seemed a bit short staffed as the poor gal was running around everywhere including pouring drinks at the bar. There is a jukebox and some claw machines to spend time on while you wait on your food so we did have an entertaining time perusing through the place. The food itself was ok, milkshakes were mid-ish (chocolate one was a bit too strong, never thought would ever say that in my life) also. The menu is fairly standard for a bar/restaurant. We did enjoy the cheese sticks as the breading on them was not standard/out of box and tasted really good so would recommend. It's a bar/hangout spot so unfortunately the bathrooms reflected that :( with being a bit dingy. With that being said, we are planning on revisiting on either trivia or bingo night soon and will update the review after that.

My medium burger was cooked WELL DONE but the fries were crispy as I requested. We were charged an additional $1.50 for Mayo on my burger. Without warning. What the heck kind of nonsense is that? $1.50 for mayo for a sandwich. Without saying something is especially ridiculous. I grew up in this neighborhood and was visiting on a trip from out of state. It was a pretty disappointing experience.

SIMPLY STUFFED A…read morefull belly is assured after finishing one of the 5-8 Club's famous 'Juicy Lucy' cheeseburgers. I'd read there are two places to try an authentic Juicy Lucy in Minneapolis: Matt's and the 5-8 Club.  Matt's claims to be the original, but it's a smaller divey restaurant, harder to find parking and they only accept cash which is unusual in this day & age.  So, with kids in tow, limited time, and virtually no cash, we chose the 5-8 Club. Getting here was pretty easy; in fact, it was "speak easy" (hehehe).  The 5-8 Club started as bootleggers back in the roaring 20's and later invented the signature molten cheese-filled burger in the 50's.  Although the 5-8 Club has three other locations, this one off of Highway 62 in Minneapolis is the original. The wait was much longer than we were prepared for, I'd guess 20-30 minutes before any food came out.  We were absolutely famished by the time the burgers arrived and dove right in.  My wife gave high praise to the Juicy Lucy ($14.50), a 1/2lb burger stuffed with choice of American, Swiss, or blue cheese. The onion straws ($11) were a tasty concept, but they were too soft and lacked a dipping sauce.  A small cup of blackened ranch, beer cheese, ANYTHING would've been better than the 'nothing' they gave us.  I dug the chicken poppers ($10) with "poppas" sauce, a zippy mixture of bbq, buffalo and other spices.  Fries were fine. I polished off a 'Saucy Sally' ($16.50), a Juicy Lucy topped with shredded lettuce, grilled onions and thousand island dressing.  It was essentially a Big Mac with liquid cheese in the middle, and that's by no means a bad thing.  It was both messy and delicious. Bread = 4 Circuses = 3.5 Atmosphere was that of a midwestern tavern: dark wooden booths, a vaguely musty smell, the aroma of sizzling beef patties with clientele that seemed to be a mix of regulars ordering 'the usual' and tourists like us.  Our server was friendly but check-ins were infrequent. * TL;DR * We couldn't leave the Twin Cities without getting a stuffed burger, now could we? Final thoughts: the Saucy Sally was a very good burger that squeezes into my top 10......but the top 5 spots are still occupied by Bad Apple, Au Cheval, Lockdown (RIP), Empire, and Next Whiskey Bar, all in Chicago / the outlying suburbs. The speed of service was very slow and the onion straws were a disappointment, though apart from that it was a great lunch.  We were glad to stop by, and should we find ourselves here again I'd be happy to try a different iteration of the Juicy Lucy at the 5-8 Club.
