Love this place! Phenomenal service right off the bat. My friends and I were greeted right away and everyone was so kind and friendly. They even gave my dog a pup cup which I appreciated; didn't know they offered that here! Super speedy service! We received our food less than 10 minutes after sitting down. I ordered the Culver's Deluxe Butterburger in a basket which came with very crispy and fresh fries and a drink. I also tried the Really Reese's frozen custard and it was delicious and much needed on such a hot day. I loved the chunks of Reese's peanut butter chocolate. Out of town review. My first time at a Culver's and for fast food I'm pretty impressed. Service was definitely nicer than your typical fast food place greeted with a smile from the people taking my order at the counter. When you dine in the staff brings the food out to your table. This location had a homey vibe, a lot of older people eating, and meeting up. I ordered their chicken sandwich combo and my husband got their cheeseburger and for dessert. I had their vanilla cone. Chicken sandwich was really great and fresh and crispy. I like how they do crinkle cut fries. At first looked I didn't think that there was a crisp on the fry, but I was surprised that it actually had a good amount of crisp for how light the color was on the fry. This time I got a cranberry and blue cheese salad with grilled chicken. The salad was really good and flavorful. A great healthy option that was bursting with flavor. I didn't even use the salad dressing because it was good by its self. Service was great that day wasn't the best as volunteer runners to help raise money for the lacrosse team. One student that was volunteering was completely rude even after I donated. I'd have taken it back if I could. I hope she never works a job with customer service. The place was busy. I love Culvers in general. This Culvers is a great location and well managed / run. They do a good job with the drive thru line, they get orders in and get people to go wait and the food comes out at a decent rate. I have been here a few times and they have never messed up my order and it has always been fresh and amazing. My favorite order is the butter burger deluxe.. man oh man.. just a solid drive thru burgers with some amazing flavor and well done.. the fries and the cheese curds from here are also pretty dang good. My personal favorite is the lemon italian ice.. which I recently found out you can add stuff to the icee? Like berries or something! So fun. I will come back here time after time. Lunch rush is a zoo at this location. I placed my order for pick up and it was very difficult to find the designated curdside pick up area. I'll premise this review that originally I wasn't satisfied because the evening before they messed up my order. I ordered a strawberry malt and double butter burger and I couldn't taste any malt and for the burger, they added mushrooms to it: so random! I sent feedback on the receipt and within that night Mgt replied back with a comp meal. Take about ensuring customer satisfaction. Today I went with chicken since it was the Lord's day, and Iykyk. The spicy chicken tenders were delish. Ranch sauce was cold, strawberry shake was on point, fries hot. Culver's does require you to wait after paying at the window since the food is fresh. So it's a little slower, but the food is great quality for the fast food category. And the turnaround on complaints is admirable. Things happen, Culver's will make it right. :) read more

I've been wanting to try Culver's since I saw a few reviews on YouTube, and most of the reviews were glowing. I was in Minnesota and looked on Yelp to see if one was in the area. I chose the one with the best reviews. I ordered the "Create your own" burger deal. Everything was tasty and very good even though I said two times I wanted lettuce and tomato and it still wasn't on my burger. I subbed the drink for a strawberry milkshake. I was impressed by the manager on duty, seemed like he was everywhere, answering questions , delivering orders, replacing the ketchup that ran out in the dining area. The food obviously was on point. You don't visit a location three times in four days if the food was crap. The burgers were excellent--beefy, busty, and bursting with juices and cheese. And how could anyone find complaints with concrete mixers? Those things are gifts sent from dessert Heaven. They are Culver's ace in the hole. The chicken sandwich and cheese curds we thought were amazing too. The other thing I'd like to point out is the service was amazing at this spacious location. Everybody we interacted with here couldn't have been nicer. I'm a Culver's fan for life. And with locations and staffs like this, it's hard to see why the whole country isn't as well. Ok so I Love this Culver's and have been there many many times. The food is always fresh and hot. The staff is always super nice and working hard. And it's always clean and well managed. However today I order some custard that comes in the pre packed tubs that's my the checkouts and got the strawberry cheesecake one. Yum right. Wrong. I opened it and it was all just custard. I moved it into a different bowl just to check. No cheesecake bites and no strawberries or red drizzle stuff. Very sad. I wish I would have bought some at the counter so I could see it be made and know that it's going to be done correctly. I'm sure that it was an honest mistake on the workers but now all I have is sad custard. read more

After landing at MSP airport from California I checked out Yelp to see what the best and closest drive thru was and I found Culver's. This location has a sit down restaurant, a drive thru where they take cash and card and also a little outpost in the parking lot where they only take credit card then have you park under the numbered signs and someone (gloved and masked) will bring what you ordered out to you. We did this option and the wait was about 7min at 7:30pm on a Thursday. Not bad for fresh made to order food! Well the food was sooooo good that we ended up coming back here 3 times during our trip. I kid you not! 3 times! The burgers and custard/milkshakes are delicious and you can customize them so many different ways so they never get old and it can be like a different experience every time with the multitudes of toppings and sauces! Also you must get the cheese curds! Culver's are even tastier than the ones we got in Wisconsin the capital of cheese! This location is near the Mall of America and seems a lot nicer than the other nearby Culver's locations. We'll be back here for sure the next time we are in the area! Threw up 4xs bfre flying out the nxt morning. Went to hospital in Florida and deemed it food poisoning. Tried contacting someone but couldnt evr get a manager to talk to. However, they do have two ordering lines running and it doesn't take as long as it looks like it would! The food is worth it! Also, you CANNOT leave here without ordering some custard!! They always have a fun flavor of the day which I always try. Otherwise, chocolate custard with cookie dough chunks is my go to! Soft and yummy cookie dough bits are the best I've found at any place yet! One thing that sets Culver's apart is their fresh ingredients. Before heading to the airport, we made a stop here to grab some food. It's only about 10 mins away from the airport so it was very convenient. The line moved fast and they have you wait in a designated spot until your food is ready. You may not get exactly what you ordered, but it's always exciting to see which topping you requested was replaced by another and what size you'll get, which doesn't really correlate to what you order. We don't have Culver's in my area but when I do come across one it's always a nice change of pace from my local fast food.

This is one of the best-run Culver's that I've gone to in some time. I live in South Minneapolis so this is not necessarily convenient but I drive out of the way because I know two things about this location: 1. The food quality is always my way, the right way, the first time. 2. No matter how busy or slow they are, they are customer-focused. Does it cost me more to eat here? Yes, it does, but I have never walked away from getting food and had a reason to call back or complain. I'm sure if there was an issue, they'd fix it. I sure hope they're paying these employees a living wage because everyone of them deserves it. read more
