Service went smoothly, but the front counter is a disaster. The ONE guy working the counter is getting slammed with calls and customers. I had to wait 20 minutes to pay for the service once it was complete. They must have a system where someone from the back comes up to help the counter guy. He tries his best, but it's an impossible mission. 3. I instructed the counter guy to look in back for the lug nuts/locking nut key/etc. This was not communicated and the techs used the same lugs as where on the winter wheels they took off. Unacceptable! Will go back in later in the week to get a free rotation and install correct lugs. Overall, I like Youngstedt's. But, they have to tighten up their ship a bit.
