I brought my car in for an oil change, and also needed air in the tires. I called up, got a same-day appointment, arrived with my twins in, and was within 30 minutes with rotated tires as well. The price is excellent, but the service even more so. Such employees, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly employees when we arrived they offered a loaner car when I told them my kids were in the car. Fabulous, trustworthy and friendly service! Drew (owner) runs a clean, fast shop - went there today to get an oil change, all done within an hour. No hard sells, just suggestions on a few small things they noticed. Exactly how customer service should be; honest. This will be my new auto shop moving forward! Would recommend to everyone A bonus: there's walking/biking Three Rivers trails nearby if you wanna get outside while waiting. There are not enough words to express how thankful I am to Benchmark for the service, options and advice I received from them when I found myself without a car. I wish I knew about them earlier as their service is beyond 5 stars! As mentioned, both Drew and Mike not only assessed my car, but assisted me while looking at other cars, let me use their loaner over the weekend and then, offered to sell it to me as another option in my quest to find a used, reliable vehicle. We took our car in for replacement of the the rear wheel seals. Michael had already ordered the parts and had the job completed at the time promised. He is a very nice person, and took the extra time to explain what the problem had been and how he fixed it. He alerted us to some additional work we may want to have done in the near future and assured us there is no rush for these additional repairs. I feel he went out of his way to be sure we were satisfied with every aspect of our dealings with him. read more

Jeremy is professional and truly an expert mechanic. He explains things in an easy to understand manner (and doesn't talk down to women like a lot of mechanics.)
