They flipped over a smog emissions valve on my Jeep so I could not pass smog. Another mechanic found the problem with me standing right there. The valve was clearly marked and it was flipped upside down. I had passed smog before they put the manifolds on I could not pass smog when they were done. They did this to me on purpose.
