He allows me to decide my course of treatment, as opposed to pushing me in one direction or the other. If you need to get trigger point injections, they do them at the office. For more invasive treatments, you have to go to one of the Charlotte locations. Thankfully one of them is just off 485, about 10-15 minutes from the Concord office. I am so glad I was referred to this office. The doctors are excellent and the staff are so friendly. I highly recommend this practice to anyone that needs this type of support. Dr. Thakur is amazing. Dr. Dennis Hall has been…read moretaking care of me and my families' back, shoulder, and neck issues for as long as I can remember. The way I see it is there are two types of Chiropractors: the ones that fix you up just enough to keep coming back, and ones that truly fix the problem, Dr. Hall is the latter. I went in late last week for the first time in over a year, really messed my neck up, like to the point I was driving around with one of those airplane travel pillows that surround your neck just to keep it supported enough to drive. The constant driving between Charlotte, Statesville, and Asheville over the last two week probably did help matters, but regardless of the cause, the solution was a no-brainer for me. I called the office and Misty scheduled me a same-day appointment for that afternoon. Check-in is a breeze and I was in an exam room in about five minutes. After a quick update-questionnaire from the RN, Dr. Hall took a look at things and quickly diagnosed "lateralization" on both sides of my neck (don't ask me, I just come for the relief!). Another RN came in to do some electro-therapy on the stiff muscles around my neck and shoulder, followed by an adjustment by Dr. Hall with what I can only call a precision hammer to move your bones around. Don't let the "electro-therapy" scare you, it just stimulates the muscles that the machine is applied to and they will adjust the intensity (and therefore the time) based on your comfort level. I always go as high as the technician is willing to go, which stimulates the muscles so much, that my arms will start involuntarily moving around! I wouldn't exactly call it a fun feeling, but it is an interesting one, and knowing that it's loosening those muscles up is more than enough to ease my mind. So here I am after the holiday weekend, when before I was ready to simply chop my neck right off, I'm now sitting at my desk complete upright and pain-free! I don't come often, and that's because Dr. Hall does you right! I'm sure there are patients that come in with more chronic issues than mine, and they may require more visits, but I'm fortunate that over the years, I've always had a one-visit adjustment anytime I've needed it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Hall to anyone suffering from chronic pain. Chiropractic Therapy isn't an end-all answer to everything, but it is exactly what works for me when I'm feeling sore.

We walked in, and you are greeted and told to sit in front of the receptionist, and they pull up your referral and get you seen asap. It took us a couple of minutes to get set up as the doctor had not set up the referral yet, but as soon as we were in the system, we were in and out in 15 min! X-rays were done super fast, and there were no large lines. I honestly didn't know this place existed, but now I do and couldn't be happier with the service and efficiency of this place. He was professional, yet warm and I was immediately comfortable. Care quality is overlooked in many cases where the practitioners are good but the practice administrative, customer service, and back office operations create a poor overall service. Not every Saturday but once a month is good enough for a service that will be especially useful once travel starts back up again. Pre-appointment paperwork was intense - seven pages that they wanted emailed back with a proper medical history and background. Plus the usual insurance information and such. We arrived to the appointment on time. The waiting room is spacious enough with enough room to distance from any other patients. Hand sanitizer available, masks required, a plexiglass partition at the receptionist and a temperature check. Excellent. My cleaning was excellent. Ashley was gentle and thorough, getting all the usual spots and ensuring my mouth is online and ready for another six months of reviewing restaurants on Yelp. I was also pleased with the dentist's review of Ashley's work and the dental exam she performed. Office staff were great, providing four separate options for replacing a chipped tooth in the back. I'm not sure I'm ready to do that now, but I'm glad to know what it's going to be when it's time. Overall, an excellent experience and I'm glad to have found a new dentist!
