I think this place is pretty terrific. I can get in on short notice. I can call and get in in just an hour to see a PA. Professional. OK the office isn't a lot to look at. But when I want to get in and see if physician about something this place really works for me. My wife's primary care physician can't see her for at least five weeks, booked up. MUST READ - This IS NOT a primary care place. It's another version of urgent care. I was not told this prior to coming here and found out (the hard way) when they denied my refill saying I needed to be seen again to get refills. They did not disclose this to me when I called. So if you are looking for a primary care facility this is not it. Had they told me this I would have continued my search for a PCP but they did not which is my reason for the 1 star review. Now I have to figure out something last minute. My overall experience here wasn't bad but finding out they wanted another chunk of money for me to get refills pissed me off. They told me they were a primary care and could be that without mentioning I would need to be seen EVERY TIME for refills on my medication. Kind of important information to "forget". read more

The dream of the owner is to provide family practice to everyone. He has 12 hour shift m - F and 8 to 4 on Saturday and Sunday . He takes all insurances.He even has insurance plan of his own for people who can't get insurance to where they only pay $10 a visit after the initial sign on. Every town needs a My Dr Now. And they have some of the smartest, caring and friendly medical professionals, NP PAs and doctors. Also their medical assistance are talented, funny and cheerful. I read so many reviews people talking about different things like the paint and they just need to get over it. This man has a facility open 363 days a year just so everyone has the opportunity to have a family doctor or on demand care. Avoid this place. Saw Dr Floyd Trinidad. Have had a sore throat for over a week. Took a strep test and was negative. Floyd talked to me for 2 min. Told me he gave me three medications. I was weezing because of my sickness and gave me an inhaler. Not really sure if I needed it. I provided I had concerns of continuing to work because I'm on a phone all day with sore throat and lost voice. Told me I can work and rushingly left the room when I asked to see if he can give me 3 days to recover and fill out fmla paperwork.Did not tell me my diagnosis or tell me what he was prescribing me and why. Usually a doctor provides documentation but did not give me anything. Nurse came in and said my prescriptions were sent to a pharmacy. I had to ask what pharmacy. Overall I felt the doctor did not listen to my concern and did not provide my diagnosis. The doctor was more interested of getting in and out. Worst doctor I've ever experienced. Praying with the 30 dollars of prescriptions I paid for that they will actually help my symptoms read more

I am disgusted with the poor quality of care received at this location. They say no one waits more than 10 minutes, well I wasn't seen or put in a room for nearly 1 hour after arrival. They took my weight and temperature within 10 minutes, and immediately returned me to the waiting room. They are clearly overburdened. I currently am on hold trying to get them to re-issue a prescription that has been ordered by my physician, in a form that my insurance will actually cover. And guess what? Since my last visit, the practitioner I saw has left. No wonder. She was burnt out. And since she left, they are telling me I HAVE TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITH ANOTHER PRACTITIONER. Rating the company in a whole was hard as I absolutely LOVED my clinic staff. We all worked together to ensure our work day and patient care was rewarding and successful. Between office manager, front desk, the MA's and providers i give it a 5+ star rating. I was sad to leave after only giving 6 months of my time, but it was necessary because of our East valley regional Karla. Talk about a miserable unhappy person. I'd be embarrassed of myself as a person, a person of management, a corporate employee, and a person who should be a leader, but unfortunately that is not what you get with MyDrNow. Corporate is a joke! There is no leadership in the company! They are all a trail of bosses who use their position to intimidate their employees. They should investigate why the turnover is so high! They offer no incentives or recognition to their employees and will easily find a way to fire you instead of find ways to retain their valid employees. No I was not fired. With the hostile work environment Karla created I had to move on in my career with another medical office, which I absolutely love! Karla is by far the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever met. She shows no empathy or sympathy towards her staff. I was out on a family emergency with my child. I was told I needed to bring in paperwork to return to work. No problem. According to our employee handbook it states discharge paperwork from the hospital is acceptable. I was advised by my office manager that bringing in my child's discharge paperwork from the hospital was acceptable because I was out of work due to her hospital stay. I show up for my next scheduled shift, provide documentation. 6 hours into my shift my manager calls me into the break room to advise me Karla text her and told her to send me home because she would not accept the discharge paperwork from the hospital for my child and that I needed to bring in a doctors release to return to work. 6 hours into shift, are we freaking serious!! To retain my employment I was compliant and provided requested Dr.'s note. I contacted Dr Zamani as well as Hailey and Stephanie Cook via email, as I was advised to do so, informing them of the situation and my complaints I have with Karla and how she has treated me since the first week of my employment. Why there was an issue, I have no idea as Karla and I have never had a conversation or disagreement. She just didn't like me, for whatever personal reason. It gets better....I have witnessed Karla speak negatively about staff to other staff. I have witnessed Karla threaten to fire a team member due to her having seizures, stating she was a liability! Are we freaking serious! You can NOT fire someone for a health related issue! Granted she could let her go for some random reason, but that is not what SHE said! Thankfully said girl quit mydrnow and has moved onto another medical practice. Karla has also made racial remarks to me. All issues addressed to corporate. Stephanie Cook did call me, unfortunately I missed her call; however I did call her back leaving multiple voice messages with no response. They just basically threw my issues under the rug. Like I said in the beginning. The clinic staff is amazing, I consider them family and I miss them dearly, but corporate is the ultimate circus! Pros 12 hr shifts. 3/4 days on 3/4 days off, only downfall is they aren't always back to back. Great clinic staff. Pay was ok. Cons Karla! Corporate! Ugly blue and yellow scrubs! No incentive. Ok folks.....here's the reality of this location after a first hand experience. Be proactive : if you are a walk in, look around....if there are 10 people in front of you.....just walk out. If the line looks ok, ask how many doctors are working at the moment. That's your second clue as to how long you'll wait. Appt or not....you will wait. BE PREPARED TO WAIT. THINKING THIS WILL BE QUICK IS A MISTAKE. Head over to your local emergency room for a reminder about waiting. If there were a no wait, competant, well staff dr. Office open to anyone without an appt, WE WOULD ALL BE THERE!! Common sense is your best friend! Your next move is to read reviews and figure out which docs are well reviewed and find out when they work. You may need to make an appt at a different location to see that specific doc. Went in for check up because I wasn't feeling good, the staff was nice but extremely unprofessional. One nurse was telling me that she doesn't like it there and I needed to get her a job at my work. I left a urine sample that needed to be sent in for testing and they called and said that they threw it out so they needed me to come back in for another one. At this point I was in extreme discomfort and needed to go get my prescription from the pharmacy so did not want to go back. I recommend the Chandler location instead. read more

VERY VERY DISORGANIZED. Not only have I had trouble with referrals but other PROVIDERS telling me they have trouble with MY DR NOW. They leave lab results and follow up medical records in the fax machine for weeks before organizing them in clients files. At least that is what happened with my files. Wait time is forever. My appointment was at 12:15 and I've been here since 12. I haven't been called in yet so that wait time is still growing as of now. I have to find another provider after this appointment. I can't deal with how disorganized The last time I was there to do a follow up on a sleep study, they didn't even have my results! It was sent in a month ago from the sleep study facility. The MA actually asked me if I called confirmed to see if the results of my study came in. Like shouldn't you know?! Did you guys not look at my chart?! I found this place by going to Zoc Doc....I know, I know, shame on me for not checking Yelp first. Anyway, I didn't really get the family doctor feel from this place. It seems more of like a walk-in clinic than anything. I recently moved to Chandler and am searching for a new primary care physician. Sadly, this is not it. The first issue I had was when the woman checking me in tried to charge me $35 for my co-pay instead of $20. When I questioned it she kept insisting that it was right, despite that my insurance card says $20. I immediately called my insurance company and also logged into my online account to show her that it was $20. She wound up voiding the $35 charge and running my card for $20. Pretty annoying! If they can't even read an insurance plan correctly, they're probably in the wrong business. Next came the doctor. I'm not sure why I waited for 15 minutes when my doctor was sitting at the desk outside the door...but when she finally came in to look at me she did so with a puzzled and confused look on her face. I went there to get a mole checked as it was inflamed and red. She touched my neck with latex gloves (despite my latex allergy, which I noted on the form) and just wound up prescribing an anti-biotic, which I did not fill. Basically, all I wanted to know if it was cancerous or not. This place is good if you're looking for a walk-in clinic that's open late...and if you're suffering from something common. read more

This place is ridiculous!! Went in to get lab work done and the front desk person says my insurance was terminated in 2020. My insurance card was pei ted in January of 2021. She just tells ""I don't know" I call their call center first person not helpful at all. Call back and get another person and they figure out what the problem was and says I am good. I go back in and ask for the guest wifi and i am told it use to be xxxx but not sure if thats correct. because it changes all the time and they never tell anyone. This is a poor excuse for a medical practice. I requested a yearly physical and spent a good deal of time on their tablet answering screen after screen of questions. After waiting about 30 minutes, I was taken back to a PA who read me every single question, listened to my heart/lungs for two breaths and that was it. Not a physical, not what I requested. But it gets even better. For this "checkup" and getting a blood draw, I was charged a total of $631.22. When I called several days later to get my lab results, that was another $318.98. Both times I called to get my prescription refilled, $318.09. Granted, my insurance did pay part of this but I would have saved a lot of money had I paid cash. To top it all off, it took them nearly a year to send me a bill. I really couldn't recommend this place for anything more than a very minor injury or infection. read more

I love MD NOW-this Primary care Office (Elliot and Alma School) always goes above and beyond to help patients! I have had nothing but very positive experiences with the staff at the clinic and recently with the Patient Svcs Dept too! I had another super encounter with MD NOW when the imaging facility I have had scheduled for an MRI, called again to cancel (2nd time) Seems they cannot seem to get a handle on the referral process with the insurance company. MD NOW is the PCP office that I can count on to be sure the issues encountered with other providers and facilities are resolved and result in an outcome for the patient that goes above and beyond! Tim Thomas is the Patient Services Representative with MD NOW that deserves this 5 star rating! He reached out to the provider's office to get my issues handled. And then he actually called me back to let me know that he has Lee from their Patient Care Coordinator team set to begin working on it!
