I had the car ready to pick up. The driver pulled into driveway facing the car. Then he spent several minutes turning a 25ft truck around in my driveway. He went into the grass, he turned the steering back and forth 10 times leaving black marks all over and small rut in the grass. It had just rained, once it dries up the marks will stand out even more on the bright concrete. The apologetic driver called the woman at the office and gave me the phone. She was very unsympathetic, did not care at all. She spoke smugly and offered no solution. I have never had a company treat me with such disrespect. And I'm left with the cost of having the driveway power washed and reapplying the sealer that this process removes. read more

One of the worst customer experiences of my life. I was given a 90 to 120 minute window for their arrival to tow my car. They did not show up for almost 5 hours. The dispatch line that I was given my insurance company was not monitored. I must've called 30 times and left a voicemail and never heard any response back. I called the other number that's listed on their Facebook account and the man who did pick after 20 calls was absolutely no help at all. Ultimately, I had to leave my car where it was. The driver then came and picked it up and took it to a location that was then closed since it was about 5 o'clock. It was an absolute disaster. give it zero stars if I could. read more

Super fast and friendly service. Locked my keys in my car on the way to an emergency. They were there in under 30 minutes as promised. Dispatcher kept me apprised of drivers arrival. Only one other time in my life has a tow company been there that fast. They got the keys in under two minutes. Driver greeted me with a smile and great attitude. Good service through road service , road service stated 1 1/2 hours for arrival but turned into 3 1/2 hours. Road service policys don't call fastest way to get car towed,only the cheapest way for them. In extremely cold weather l would have been in trouble read more

had to use their roadside assistance through my insurance and it was AWFUL!! i made my claim at 5:00p & my insurance app gave me an eta of 45 minutes. i waited about and hour & called and then got sent to voicemail. called again, and got someone to pick up but was told that my insurance canceled the tow service. i called my insurance and they told me that someone should still be on their way. i called my express towing back FIFTEEN TIMES!!!! back to back & i would either get sent straight to voicemail, or someone would answer and immediately place me on mute. i ended up getting a text with a screenshot showing that my tow had indeed been canceled but it was canceled at 5:01p. literally one minute after i had booked it. all of this took place over the span of 2 hour an so essentially, by tow was canceled as soon as i booked it, and i waited all that time for nothing. there was no communication from either party regarding a cancellation, and maybe if i wasn't forced to play one-sided phone tag with whoever was in the line, i couldve found out/gotten this resolved sooner to get home. read more
