This was a wonderful choice for my grandsons Birthday party. They offer various set ups and we choose the one for 10 attendees which came with a pair of socks for all and 2 pizzas and soda, cups napkins and plates and a private party room. Just seeing the joy on the kids as they jumped thru the obstacles and course and seeing the parents enjoying watching over their kids was for me priceless. Notes to share: Smaller children, Finish before 8 pm as the more adults come. Music gets loud and the lights drop. You can order extra pizzas they are from Aaron's Pizza on Park. Ask for waters and they will set you up. You pay 20% tip for the personal Party room attendant and ours was great. I watched as they washed down and sanitized the course thru the night and bathrooms are clean. Plenty of seating for watchers and vibrating recliners are available. ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE. Used this place years ago for a birthday party and it was great but my how things have changed. Paid $400 for a birthday party and it was a total disappointment. Hostess was non-responsive. Never saw her but yet she was assigned to our party. Was extremely loud from other parties so the person paying left and when she paid and told the manager about the bad experience all he said was "Oh Well"!! Then when I went up and asked for our pizza the hostess said "Oh I thought yall left". I said no, only some people left so I need my pizza and drinks. This was the second trampoline park that we visited within a month. Not as busy and chaotic as Urban Air but to be fair not as big either. There were no lines to get into any of the play areas. The check-in process was straight forward and quick. Kids had a blast and worked up a good sweat. We stayed for about an hour. There are bottled waters that can be purchased through a vending machine. Restrooms were mostly clean although I'm sure the water puddles on the ground won't feel great on socks -- I would suggest putting on shoes before hitting the potty. read more

While visiting family in Jax, my mom and I were walking by and decided to stop in. We were welcomed right away and we asked for pricing info. We were given a pamphlet and a tour. We decided to let my 6 year old play for an hour. He had a great time as there was plenty for him to do. He could go to each area and explore. There were employees watching the kids so I didnt need to be next to him at all times and he was able to wander as he wanted. The prices aren't too bad $15 for an hour, $24 for two. They do have specials in their pamphlet which is nice. One such special is Tuesdays are play two hours for the price of one. Overall we had a great experience and my son had a blast. read more

Everything in this place is made for fun. There are slides, trampolines, a Zipline and even an obstacle course. Every time we come my family has fun and are worn out from all of the activities. There is a teen night on Fridays that starts at 7pm so if you have older children this is a good time to come since they have DJ music and the lights are disco-ish. I was expecting a bit more having been to a few other trampoline parks in the area. They were out of socks, not a huge deal until you see a dozen people running around barefoot. There is no supervision whatsoever, there is one staff member on the floor and boy is he stretched thin. It is impossible to tell how they regulate anything here. There is no snack bar like many of the other trampoline parks in the area have. There are price gouging vending machines though, if you bring cash you can get a drink. I wouldn't recommend over the other ones in the area, but it's not a terrible place to bring the kids. Have seen worse. read more

The park itself is good. They have a lot of different areas for kids to jump and different activities but the management and the parties are awful. We had my sons birthday party here and spent over $500 for the staff to be EXTREMELY inattentive and absent when we were supposed to have a party host the entire time. They didn't get everyone checked in until 30 mins after the party started and they were extremely disorganized. Would not recommend doing a birthday party here. The kids did enjoy jumping but there were only 3 teenagers on the jump floor monitoring the entire park. It would have been extremely dangerous if we were not paying attention. I guess that's why they make you sign an extensive waiver because they don't hire attentive staff to monitor kids or the activities at all. They have Toddler Time on Tuesday and Thursdays from 10-12. It is advertised and is only for toddlers. It has been great for my toddler. It is under new management and today at 11:40 I noticed larger children jumping. I asked the manager about it pointing out ToddlerTime is 10-12 and was told he was letting the older kids in at 11:30. This place is 'okay'. We have been many times, but we probably won't be going much in days to come for many reasons. Huge lack of supervision. There's always something broken or not operational. My biggest issue with this place is there is zero consistency. We have been going to Toddler Time for a year now and the rules are never the same & they definitely aren't clear. They are NOW saying that if you are over there measurement line you have to pay for toddler time- even if their a 'baby'. My baby is 14 months and she has been walking since 10 months, she has always been FREE because she's under 2 and a baby and can't really use anything they have. Today, they measured her. She was under the measurement to be charged for admission by about 2 inches - yet they tried to charge me. I pointed out that she was UNDER the line. They then told me since she was walking I'll be charged for her - well she has been walking for 6 months and is was the first time I was going to be charged. The place is unorganized, they never have the same staff, no one knows what's going on - it can be fun - I just can't support a business with such awful customer service and lack of attention to detail. We love toddler time! Every Tuesday and Thursday 10-12p my kiddo can jump with other small beings without worrying about big kids bouncing on her. The obstacle courses are great for skill building and the arcade games are fun too. The ducky game is our favorite. Ryan is fantastic and always makes us feel valued as customers. I was disappointed in my visit to this place. They charged me $14.99 so i could watch my 1 and 3 year old jump. When they could have told me i could have gotten a no jump pass at no cost. I asked for a refund. They said they couldn't refund me. Then the manager asked me "are you sure you didn't jump?" Not to mention while your spectating, you can't retrieve your kid if he falls or you get disrespectfully spoken to by an improperly trained employee. The management there just worries about sales. Best and easiest birthday party ever!!!! We celebrated my daughter's 4th birthday on Saturday. Everyone had such a great time, several of our guests mentioned that they can't wait to have their child's birthday at Get Air. Our party helper checked in frequently to see if we needed anything, the managers were super friendly and accommodating even though our party was larger than planned, they even let us drop off the cake early. I would definitely recommend this. Even the parents had a blast jumping with their kids. Several guests stayed to jump even after the party was over!! Turns out someone at the venue accidentally rescheduled it for 10:00 am. They never bothered to confirm the party. When my friend and his family showed up they told him they thought it was a fake party (despite having been paid in full). They put in a rush order for 2 papa johns pizzas dropped them off in the room and were never seen again.. then at the end of the booking time let my buddy's wife know that she was right and they figured it out, then asked if she wanted to leave a tip?? We served our own food and drinks and cleaned up the room what was the tip for. The play area was clean and the kids had fun which is why it got a 2 instead of a 1. Also...
