We had such an incredible experience at Kids Empire! We came early in the morning excited for the Easter egg hunt, but our day started off a little stressful when I got a flat tire in the parking lot. What could have completely ruined the day turned into something amazing thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond to help me change my tire and made sure we were taken care of--it truly meant so much. Once inside, the Easter egg hunt was absolutely out of this world! Everything was so well organized, fun, and full of energy. The staff were incredibly engaging with the kids, making sure everyone felt included and excited. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a positive experience for families. Despite the rough start to our morning, this turned into such a memorable and enjoyable day for us. Let me just say that not only is this place super fun for the kids with multiple attractions, the staff is just as phenomenal! We came here for my twins 3rd birthday and we brought two number 3 balloons with us and one of them got away and went up to the ceiling and they are supposed to just pop these balloons at the end of the night and Angel and Trey refused to pop it and went above and beyond by getting this long pole and getting the balloon down and not only did it happen once it happened TWICE and they did not want to disappoint my three year-old twin girls. They did not give up and this was even right around closing time so for the staff to be this kind and attentive we will surely be returning over and over thank you again Angel and Trey for making my daughter's third birthday super special!! read more

What made this celebration truly special was their comprehensive party package - they handled every detail so we could simply relax and enjoy watching our twins have the time of their lives. Had an amazing time at Kid's Empire! Mya, Angelique, and Angie were so helpful and sweet to us when we checked in. They made sure we had everything we needed to have a good time. Bathrooms were clean, the play structures were varied with every nook and cranny full of fun ways for kids to have a blast. Our sons loved going down the giant slides and dancing in the dance room while looking at all the planets. The claw machines are great as they give kids up to 20 tries to win something. I saw so many kids with toys that they were able to successfully win. We've been here since the place first opened and it only has gotten better with each visit. Eli and Lola were both very kind and helpful. Lola did a wonderful job of making sure kids were safe by correcting kids who were running with a friendly smile. While Eli walked around checking on seated guests with a charming manner. The play area was well maintained and clean, as well as the seating areas. All throughout the play equipment felt strong and sturdier placed and tho I am a larger adult (sz16 and height 5'9) i found the size of the tunnels and climbing areas easy to navigate. Prices are fair and i love that each kid can bring in 2 adults to play with them free of charge as long as you all wear socks. Overall an amazing place for a playdate or family outing. read more

I had a great experience with Madie at Kid's Empire. She was very kind, patient, and professional while helping me. They answered all of my questions clearly and made sure I understood everything before entering the kids area. I really appreciated how friendly and respectful they were during the interaction. She worked quickly and made the process smooth and easy. Because of her excellent customer service, my experience was very positive and would definitely recommend this location for a kids event/play day. We took the kids to Kids Empire and honestly had a really good experience. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was plenty for the kids to do without them getting bored after 10 minutes. The playground setup kept them busy the entire time, and it was nice seeing kids of different ages all able to enjoy themselves. The seating area for parents was decent too, which made it easier to relax while still keeping an eye on everything. Overall, it was a fun atmosphere and definitely a good spot to let the kids burn off energy. We'll definitely be back. read more

Had a birthday party for my son 7ths birthday and it was great! Jade was our host and she really made sure we were well taken care of! Anything I needed or requested, she immediately addressed our needs and was very informative, polite, and professional! This is our second birthday party here and I love walking in and everything is setup for us. The only let down was they ran out of silverware so some guests had to get creative on eating their birthday cake. All in all, I will definitely return in October for my 3rd birthday party read more

This is truly an awesome experience everytime I bring my Grandkids here. My Granddaughter that lives in Little Rock Arkansas came with me today for her first time and didn't want to leave. Harmonie greeted us when we came in today and really made my grandkids feel at Home and made sure they had a great time. I LOVE KIDS EMPIRE! Its a wonderful place to bring my son to play. He enjoys it so much. Its spacious & full of color. They have a giant play jungle with 2 slides for kids, motorcycles, little arcade games and a photo booth. Separately from that is a smaller play area those under 3, which has a mini ball pit its so cute! The staff is wonderful. Ms. Eva in particular is such a wonderful soul. When I do come and see her I know that if any issues arise she can handle them and be as helpful as possible. read more

Today I got the pleasure of meeting Ms.Destiny. I wanted to take a moment to recognize her. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient with all the children, even during busy moments. GREAT place for the little ones!!! My 4 year old and 8 month old grandchildren loved this place! So many activities for the kids. It was clean, secure, and safe for both the big and little kids. The staff was friendly and helpful (thanks Angel) and I thought it was a great deal for the cost, especially since we could play all day and keep cool out of the heat! Angie & Derrick were so helpful. When I couldn't find my card, they provided me with all the helpful information I needed to get it replaced and get us in. my two children love this place and would have been devastated if we couldn't get in. We do the 10 pass card and it is so worth it for them to play in a safe and clean environment. The manager on duty (male,older gentleman) was extremely helpful but most of all our party host Angela, was a life saver! Nice indoor alternative for keeping kids active. The facility is clean and well-maintained with lots of slides and climbing activities. Early weekday mornings are the best time to go as it can get busy later. The only issue we've encountered is having some older kids in the toddler only area. The staff should monitor that a bit more closely. read more

Some of the best customer service I've come by thus far! Staff are all incredible and really do care about your experience! They get into the music with the kids and seem to genuinely like their jobs which really just makes your visit top tier! Will definitely be back! The manager Derek is also very friendly!
