My kids look forward to coming and leave sweating from a tough lesson. Flexibility, strength, fitness and confidence is what Bannon's is all about. Kids feel comfortable since boys and girls are separated and then again in small groups so instructors can give their small group the attention they need in order to full fill the lesson. At GymFest, an end-of-the-school-year recital, kids can sign up, get photos taken, obtain a trophy, and a t-shirt with all their names on the back. My daughter had so much fun showing off for her father and I. After this, she moved up to the next class. I couldn't be more pleased with Coach Mia. I love how she knows when to be stern for the kids' safety, when time be more nurturing, and when to let them try for themselves too. It takes an incredibly knowledgeable coach with a lot of experience with children to be able to tell what each kid responds to. I have specifically signed up my daughter to lessons with this Coach and also will be starting private lessons too! They should just rename it as the Simone Biles gym lol. The world's best gymnast has a bit of a hands-on approach here, I'm not sure how much of it she's actually behind, but it is actually a great gym, yes they care more about $$ than anything, but that is identical at every elite facility in Dallas and everywhere else. So we're big fans because of how passionately our niece loves it here, and we recommend it.

From the front office staff, to the coaches, to the owners, I can talk with any of them like I've known them my whole life. I ask a TON of questions bc I never did gymnastics and all this is so new to me and they always take the time to answer everything and not make me feel dumb for not knowing. My daughter is part of the xcel program and has grown so much in skills and mindset since joining. She feels like the coaches -Casey, Averie, Maggie, Cameron, Natalie, all of them, have seriously pushed her and supported her in her journey. Something I was worried about with joining a more competitive gym was the pressure and stigma that followed gymnastics through the 90's. Obviously a lot has changed since then, but even so I have never witnessed or felt like that here. Also, at a previous gym it was suggested and almost preferred that in order for your athlete to truly succeed you better get private lessons. This place does not do that. They offer them if the coaches feel it is truly necessary and beneficial but they don't push it like I've witnessed before. My daughter at one point was having a mental block with two skills and I was asking about private lessons but Coach Casey was confident we could work past it. Unfortunately comps were getting closer and so we ended up doing one private and it truly helped push her through it. The patience's and persistence with her is so appreciated. She's kind of a perfectionist and gets in her head (don't they all?) but all the coaches have a way of getting through to her and helping. I highly recommend this gym and the several programs they offer from young kids to big kids and by big kids I mean the amazing talented high school athletes in elite and 9/10 levels (which are so fun to watch). I am so grateful to watch my daughter grow with WCC and cannot wait to see how far she'll go in the sport.

We attended a trial class for our two daughters, and they enjoyed it so much that we decided to…read moreenroll. Unfortunately, the experience after that was extremely frustrating. The enrollment process was confusing from the beginning. Most communication came through an automated text system that repeatedly stated someone would contact me, but getting clear answers was very difficult. We provided all requested information, received tuition details, and repeatedly tried to confirm enrollment and class times. Eventually, my husband was told that our daughters should arrive at 5:30 PM. We drove approximately 40 minutes to the gym, completed registration, paid for the classes, and I specifically asked the front desk whether my daughters could begin training at that time. I was told yes. My daughters joined the class, completed warm-ups, and moved on to the next training activity with the rest of the group. About 17 minutes later, they were suddenly pulled out of the class and told that their actual class time was 6:30 PM. What makes this situation difficult to understand is that my children did not enter the wrong class on their own. We arrived at the time we were given, checked in, completed payment, and I personally confirmed with the front desk that they could start training. Multiple staff members, including the coaches, saw them participating in class. Yet the solution was to remove two young children after they had already started. When I approached the front desk, expecting at least a simple apology for the confusion, I received none. Instead, I was repeatedly told that our class time was 6:30 PM, as if that somehow explained what had happened. The supervisor's response was no different. No apology. No acknowledgment that a mistake had been made. No attempt to take responsibility for the situation. What upset me most is that this review would probably not exist if someone had simply said, "We're sorry, we made a mistake." Mistakes happen. What matters is how they are handled. Instead, I was left feeling as though I was being blamed for following the instructions given by their own staff. My daughters were excited to be there. After being removed from a class they had already joined, they were confused, upset, and in tears. At that point, I requested a refund and decided not to continue. The coaches seemed great during the trial class, and my daughters genuinely enjoyed gymnastics. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service completely overshadowed that positive experience. I cannot recommend this facility to other parents.

Best option around…read more After having a terrible experience at Maximum (lost child situation) I came here upon the recommendation of a friend. Facility: gorgeous and good layout. You can see your kid and you know what's going on at all times. Clean no rips and no issues. Teachers: I would not consider this a competitive gym or at least from what I've seen however, I don't think a single person I am aware of has had a bad experience here. My daughter did well with one teacher or at least did December. My son did not so we are in the process of switching him to another teacher. Nothing terriblely negative, just not the right personality. He needs somebody to keep an eye on him consistently and keep kiddos busy vs sitting. Events: Parents night out are great and include food. Cost: 100ish a month. Not cheap but that's pretty going as a rate. Overall: Will contine to come here.

They called me 3 weeks later and told me the price was $220/week and urged me to register my child for the KinderPrep class, which I did. Camp starts and my child is placed in the wrong age group for 3 weeks (which she did NOT enjoy) AND I've been charged $284/week instead of the price I signed up for. Communicated with the owners and I got apologies about the "miscommunication" but no rectification beyond "we'll wave the withdrawal fee". They simple don't care about anything but the money. No integrity or business etiquette whatsoever. Would NOT recommend. However, most of their teachers/counselors are sweet so I'll give 1/5 stars instead of 0.
