I really like the atmosphere to this place, people are great here. However their food is something else...and I don't mean in the best way. It isn't flat out horrible, but it isn't good either. I ordered an appetizer platter and it was absolutely disgusting...the jalapeño poppers were mushy and stale. The potato/cheese and sour crame wedges weren't desirable at all... Personally I think if they shortened the menu and put more effort into it, the food would improve. For now, I think I'll just visit for drinks. read more

First lemme say this is a go to spot especially when u can't find anywhere where else to go on a Fri or Sat, can get kinda packed but you will definitely get served. They have some of the best wings in Dallas and I'm not even hypin them up, that's the only food item I order. Great drink prices and great vibes there too read more

This is a wannabe dive-bar. It's just a touch too well-lit, too clean, with food that's too good to qualify as an actual dive bar. Everything else is on point, though... arcade and slot machine games, a crowd of regulars and friendly visitors, drink specials, a pool table off in the corner. Highly recommended! read more

Music was too loud. I did however like the fact that they have billiards, but it's way too expensive.

Just your run of the mill hole in the wall bar. You can't smoke inside, which kind of sucks. But they have a pretty chill patio! Drink prices are good, and food is decent... Staff are friendly if they know you! And it really is hidden away! I still wish Al never would have sold it, but Willy brings in his menu he's had everywhere else..... The food was always better when Al owned it. read more

Good service. Great music. Lots of tvs but no Spurs game on so that sucked for me. I was scared to ask though to be honest. Wish they had some imports on tap but it was a pretty good experience. I should be spending more time visiting dallas for work so this will probably my hang out rather than the hotel bar. read more

Karaoke Wednesday.... Plenty of pool tables... Great bartenders!!! Safe, fun environment. Highly recommend you trying this spot.

Had a great time playing pool here today. Bartenders were courteous and sociable. Pools tables were in decent condition but fast! Great place for friends to gather and have a beer while catching the game or playing pool! Caity is a great waitress! She took care of us all night and was very friendly and attentive. Pool tables are good. Drinks are great.

By far the best Redskin bar in Dallas. They always have full sound drink specials and Redskin oriented festivities win or lose. Love the location love the food good service great to hang out with this Rowdy bunch highly recommended. Try the Redskin Burger it is awesome. read more

Live band was really good. Bartenders were friendly. Other patrons were accepting of the new guy. It took no time at all to feel like a regular. It has been recently remodeled so I posted some new pictures that show all the improvements. Big clean bar, lots of TVs, and numerous full size pool tables. read more

Love this place bartenders are great and the foods excellent service great pricing on mix drinks and they even host a poker night where you can play to have your tab payed. Try the nachos there great. read more

My first time there and easily the worst/ most apologetic service I've ever had. I was so incredibly torn by watching a great/ close game and being trapped with a server who talked down to me and my guest because she was overwhelmed. It was embarrassing. We can go to any other bar in Dallas and probably get better treatment. Never again. read more

We thought we'd try this place since they were advertsing buy 1 get one 1 free entrees via the Ad Pages. We went Sunday August 12, 2012 about 5:00 pm. We walked in and stood a few seconds waiting to see if they seated you or if this was open seating. No one said anything like "Hello" of "Welcome to the Hideaway", so we found a table and began looking at the menu. After several minutes it became apparent that they have no wait staff or anyone interested in taking your order, so we left. My impression of this place is that it more about the bar vs a place to dine and watch the games. We'll not set foot back in there I assure you. read more

Had bad service from the bar back trying to a bartender...... They seem to pick and choose who they wait on......

Great fun place with plenty of pool tables and friendly bouncer, but we were here for 2 1/2 hours and watched the waitresses sit on their phone when people clearly had empty drinks. When we brought our empty glasses up to the bar to get more drinks the waitresses looked up from their phones then looked back down. On our last round of pool they went to every tables but ours when we had 5 empty glasses. Terrible high school waitresses. Worst service read more

This place is awesome! I'm visiting Dallas for the first time from San Francisco and I have to say...this place is crackin. The atmosphere, the music, the dj...all my favorite shit. They got the old school hip hop playin with track after track, banger after banger on deck. Place is out of control fun. I recently visited this place on a Saturday afternoon with some friends and I have to say it was an awful experience. Firstly, the food is okay, though I have heard that their kitchen staff is very rude and unprofessional. The drinks are good priced so that is okay. The customer service from the waiters can be better if they can be HONEST! Management is no where to be found and maybe you could consider checking on your customers tables to see how everything is going?! Anyway, I believe the waiters and management have some kind of scam going on in here. After being overcharged by $30 we asked for the reciept with all items that had purchased and it seemed like no one new how to produce it. One of the waiters was so scared and shaken up, and she said she was not part of it, while another seemed to be dramatic and treated us like we were at fault for asking for proof. We ended up paying the bill without being presented with full item receipt just so could not cause a scene. I warn all, be vigilant and smart when you go to these types of places, the waiters will scam you and management won't try to resolve any issue even if they know the truth. I won't be going back but I will follow up on how this place is run. read more
