He listened, outlined my options, and explained the other services offered (landscaping, handyman, pet sitting). It just so happened I needed landscaping for a major yard clean up as well. And so far he's been absolutely amazing. I'm a believer that it's the human that needs to be trained more than the dog. Because I'm the one that's gonna be helping my puppies. And lately it's been a little different for me and I definitely need some assistance. So far one of the things that I've enjoyed and has helped me feel confident about him is the way that he speaks and how he communicates information. I don't feel like he's talking down to me like I'm a dumbass. And I've worked with a lot of trainers. I've always felt like that's been important and I have a lot of things to learn always no matter what. And often unfortunately , there's been a little bit of that conflict. Or I'm the stupid one and they know everything. And I believe that they know a little bit more than me most of the time. And some of them have been very condescending and I don't appreciate that. And I usually tell them. But I have to say I have never once felt that way with Antonio. He speaks clearly and in a way that I can understand him and if I don't, I ask him to maybe say it differently because I didn't get it and he does and he's calm and patient and doesn't get all rattled and honestly right now. I kinda need that. Because I'm getting kind of rattled. I need some help. So far so good they're going two weeks and I'll give updates.
