And so far he's been absolutely amazing. I'm a believer that it's the human that needs to be trained more than the dog. Because I'm the one that's gonna be helping my puppies. And lately it's been a little different for me and I definitely need some assistance. So far one of the things that I've enjoyed and has helped me feel confident about him is the way that he speaks and how he communicates information. I don't feel like he's talking down to me like I'm a dumbass. And I've worked with a lot of trainers. I've always felt like that's been important and I have a lot of things to learn always no matter what. And often unfortunately , there's been a little bit of that conflict. Or I'm the stupid one and they know everything. And I believe that they know a little bit more than me most of the time. And some of them have been very condescending and I don't appreciate that. And I usually tell them. But I have to say I have never once felt that way with Antonio. He speaks clearly and in a way that I can understand him and if I don't, I ask him to maybe say it differently because I didn't get it and he does and he's calm and patient and doesn't get all rattled and honestly right now. I kinda need that. Because I'm getting kind of rattled. I need some help. So far so good they're going two weeks and I'll give updates.

Not only is Lisa extremely professional and easy to work with, she is a true Cat Whisperer in every sense of the word. She even got our shy cats to come out and play - and I'm talking about the kind of cats that never show their faces when anyone new walks in the door. She has a background as an animal behaviorist so she really understands all types ! And what's really telling is when we get back , our cats never seem anxious or clingy, they are all totally relaxed so I know how comfortable they feel with her :)Lisa also regularly updates us with pictures, text and video so we can always stay posted on how our babies are doing. She also leaves very detailed notes with pertinent information after the job is finished.
