Now my furniture is safe, my dogs aren't tempted and they can be unsupervised more often without getting into trouble. His weekly group classes are a lot of fun to bring the dogs to so they can play and train at the same time. They can meet other dogs if they want or we just do our own thing and my crazies love Mr. Nick. He still periodically checks in on us and always responds to my texts when I have a quick question. You can tell he truly loves all the animals he works with and they can feel it too. I'm so glad he was recommended to me by my vet. He was life saver then and he is still one now. It does all depend with the owner or onwner's of the dog on how fast your dog will learn new habits and tricks. We recently adopted two older (Terrier) boy dogs that are maybe 7 and 8 years old the vets says. We also decided to get a 10 week girl pit bull at the time. One of the boys would try to attack the baby every time he saw her. I felt stuck and did not think my dogs would ever be in the same room, let alone even get along. Dave helped us with just a few at home lessons and now they are inseparable!! They play, tease and steal eachother's bones everyday. Willow actually blossomed while she was there. She became more socialized with both other dogs and her new human friends. She's a new dog! Today, our appointment was canceled with roughly 15 minutes notice -- which of course we didn't even receive because we were already driving to the appointment when they called. This comes after our previous appointment where we sat waiting nearly 25 minutes past our scheduled time just to get our dog checked in. What's especially frustrating is that this business is extremely strict about requiring rabies vaccination records for new clients -- which is completely understandable and responsible -- yet somehow they don't actually keep those records on file afterward. So now that we're going elsewhere, they can't even provide us a copy of the records we already submitted. At this point, it just feels incredibly disorganized from a management/ownership standpoint. Two appointments in a row have either been significantly delayed or outright canceled, and there doesn't seem to be much regard for customers' time or convenience. Thankfully, there are plenty of groomers to choose from, so this really isn't the end of the world. It's just an odd way to run a business if the goal is to attract and retain loyal customers.

When I picked him up the charge was $10 more a night than usual and it was not communicated to me that the fees went up. I was also very confused about the name change and new staff, as it was not communicated to me about price change, name change, or staff change. My dog came home sick with kennel cough and as the next few days passed his cough got significantly worse. He started to really scare me with his cough as this was the first time in 9.5 years my dog has ever been sick. After a call with the manager Brooklyn I was left feeling disgruntled and taken advantage of with the entire change and my dog coming home sick. I spend $187 at the vet for meds. I called back to give them an opportunity to make it right and she was kinder this time on the phone but did not make it right. She also told me they are under the same ownership and management even though public record states different. For someone who comes often and always treats everyone in there with kindness and respect I do not feel that they made it right. It would have been nice to have atleast one night credited to my account but instead all they did was credit me $20 for the non communication about the overcharge and new pricing. Just know if your animal comes home sick, you will be responsible for the entire bill with no financial empathy from management. The front desk girl at the Jones location is the sweetest ever. She gives 100000% amazing customer service and should be in charge of guest recovery going forward.
