I was getting a constant error code and could not resolve it following the manual. When Randy arrived, I detailed all that I had done to that point. We ran uninterrupted hot water for 30 minutes with no fail (error code). I said maybe it settled down and asked Randy what my charge was for his coming over. He said "You did everything I would have to fix it, so no service charge"! Unbelievable! A week later, the error code was back (and no reliable hot water). Randy came out again, checked everything on the units intake/exhaust system and found no reason for the error code. He dug in further and found a dip switch that was not set up correctly by the original installer. He spent 90 minutes working on the unit, ran a test with all faucets running hot water at the same time, and it worked perfectly. This time, I ask what I owed for his professional service and he said "our regular service call fee . . . $75.00". Every other company in Salt Lake would have charged that (or more) as their portal-to-portal hourly fee! Everyone at Brozwood was smart, efficient, professional, and really made me feel like their only customer. I'll call them again for and HVAC/Plumbing issues in the future and I'll recommend them to anyone that asks for a help with their home.

They are punctual, pleasant, and hard-working . . . unlike so many fly-by-night cleaning "companies" out there! For today's service, we used a Living Social voucher that included three hours of cleaning. She thoroughly scrubbed the kitchen and two baths, dusted, and cleaned all the wood and tile floors; although she didn't make it to another room we wanted serviced, and didn't get around to the vacuuming, the work seemed quite reasonable for three hours' time. I think our magic number will be four. Unlike the regular cleanings, move-out cleanings are scheduled by the hour, $35 for two people or $18-$20 for one. When we moved last fall, we were both working full time and I was just pregnant enough that most smells, including cleaning solutions, made me vomity. We Clean Homes was a godsend. She stayed for over six hours and cleaned everything from the oven to the baseboards to the blades on the ceiling fan. Our landlord loved us. We are really looking forward to bi-weekly, four-hour service going forward (with two full time jobs, furry pets, and a baby on the way, it's a luxury that feels like a necessity!).

Further they were barely any help at all to try to source new parts (did most of the legwork myself). Instead they stuck a heavy wrench tool between hinge where the door meets the oven body and applied body weight pressure against the door -- which they said has worked for other customers it did absolutely nothing at all to fix our issue except to make everything worse. Then they spent the next 15 minutes telling me to consider a new $3000+ unit.

Consumer beware... this company serviced our furnace in the attic and right after they left…read more(unknown to us) the furnace started leaking as the condensation pipe they had blown on during their 'tune up' they unfortunately jarred apart and it started to slow leak condensation into our walls!! We gave them a fair chance to take responsibility for this before posting a bad review by sending an email and certified letter to them with repair invoices (costs we incurred) and photos of the flood damage asking for reimbursement (under 3k), but they took zero responsibility. Despite being the last ones to touch the pipe they sent me a lengthy email back blaming the people that installed the furnace five years prior when the house was built, claiming it was installed incorrectly! Can you imagine?! Mind you these people have serviced our furnace the last three years and never once mentioned a faulty installation as part of their duty to let us know if something with our furnace wasn't right!!! I would absolutely not use this company unless you're willing to have your house flooded due to their negligence and then get stuck with the bill ontop of the stress of your brand new home being damaged. What a shame they wouldn't take any kind of accountability. I'll never use them ever again.

They came and replaced a fuse for $300, but they warned her that the unit was original with the 30-year home and it was on its last legs. It surely would break over the hot summer and would need to be completely replaced at $8 to $9k if she agreed to do it right now. Or, if she waited, she was told that it would cost more this summer. I was on the phone and heard the salesman say this. I told her to first get a second opinion because this just sounded too much like a pressure job on a single 20-something female. We had another local company come that same day and they inspected the system. They told my daughter that the system was only 6 or 7 years old--not 30--and showed her the proof. It has plenty of life ahead, completely contradicting Larsen's technician. This second company did not charge my daughter a penny to come out and said they wouldn't give her a quote because she did not need a new unit. I am so glad my daughter got a second opinion. Now I am wondering if my other two units really needed their systems replaced. Larsen has lost my trust and I won't use them again. I will not recommend them and have found a new heating/ac company I will use in the future. Honesty counts. I asked for a response from the owner and he has not written me back. Look elsewhere, my friends.
