We booked a 1 hour session at Cider Hill Farms and ended up taking photos for an extra half hour with an outfit change and we had such a good time! Stephen was so friendly and relaxed during the shoot, and even though it is a very busy season, he was able to get us our gallery from Oct. 28 just under three weeks later. The gallery we received is absolutely stunning. The foliage and the lighting were perfect on the day of the shoot, but Stephen was really able to capture both, and colors in our photos are unbelievably beautiful & exactly what we were hoping for. Heather Nicole met and exceeded all the expectations we had for a photographer on our wedding day. Let's start with the worry of whether or not we were going to click with our photographer. Especially for a wedding, your photographer and you as a couple have to click. They have to listen to what you want, write it down/remember, keep in touch throughout the planning process, get what your vision is, be able to make suggestions that go with that vision and make you feel like they'll get all the photos you want so that on your wedding day you don't even have to think about it. Heather Nicole definitely did that for us. After the initial email with her when we hadn't even officially hired her yet I could tell getting along with her and trusting her to do what we wanted would be a breeze. Heather is so sweet and personable and honest, I don't see how anyone could not get along with her. Once you work with her, you feel like you've known her forever and it's like working with an old friend. During all the emails and phone correspondence that we had you could tell that, even though she does this every day, she is genuinely happy for each couple individually and connects with each couple differently. She never made me feel like we were just another client. I remember one phone call in particular how excited she was for the surprises I had planned for my husband and wanted her to get good photos of. Again, it felt like I was talking to a friend about it. My husband and I were thrilled with all of our pictures, both our engagement and wedding photos. They were all so easy as Heather tells you exactly what to do, where to stand, etc etc and the photos come out nothing short of perfect. She is good at giving you a timeline of when they'll be ready and sticking to it. She's also great at giving you so many options for viewing, purchasing and showing off all your photos.
