    Tiramisu Cake

Wow, oh wow! This place is an absolute gem--one of those rare, authentic, soul-warming spots that you can't help but fall in love with. It's locally and family-owned, and you can taste the love in every single bite. Everything is made fresh, cooked to order, and bursting with the kind of flavor that makes you pause mid-bite just to appreciate what's happening on your taste buds. I'm from out of state, but every time I'm back in town, this is a non-negotiable stop. A must. A ritual. A comfort! Even though the space itself is small, the heart of this restaurant is enormous. The staff is warm, genuine, and attentive, and the chef/owner radiates passion--you can tell he truly cares about the craft of cooking and about giving guests an unforgettable experience. I ordered the house salad with their Italian dressing--crisp, refreshing, and bright. Then came the star of the night: the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and bell peppers. Let me tell you... I don't think I'll ever get this Alfredo out of my mind. The sauce is silky, rich, and creamy without being heavy--pure comfort wrapped around perfectly cooked pasta. Easily one of the best Alfredo dishes I've ever had. Dessert was the limoncello cake, and it was phenomenal. Delicately lemony, light, and the perfect sweet finish. My friend ordered the traditional marinara with meat (robust, comforting, and full of Italian-home-cooking warmth) and the tiramisu, which was soft, airy, and wonderfully balanced. And I can't forget the bruschetta--remarkable. The tomatoes were fresh and juicy, the bread had the perfect crunch, and that touch of sweet glaze tied it all together like a little bite of heaven. I truly hope this place stays around for years to come. It's the kind of family restaurant you want to cheer on and watch grow. I can't wait to see how they expand--and I already can't wait to come back.

The staff here were so friendly and accommodating! Although the dining room isn't too big, they made space for our party. The wait wasn't long at all but they brought us a free appetizer for our wait time, which was great incredibly generous. The food was good too!

My Little Italy is a charming mom-and-pop restaurant in the Great Smoky Mountain area. The food is outstanding! We enjoyed crispy bruschetta, authentic eggplant parmigiana with a rich, chunky tomato sauce, and perfectly cooked ziti. For dessert, we shared a cannoli with both caramel and chocolate drizzle, which was a perfect finish. Our experience was a solid 5/5 from the time we walked in to the time we left. The staff were very kind, service was quick and the ambiance was inviting. Highly recommend this spot for anyone in the area! Food- 5/5 Service- 5/5 Ambiance- 5/5

This was one wildly successful dinner from the time we walked in the front door where we were greeted with a big smile and a welcome to the service being incredibly friendly and super fast to the food being delivered quickly and being steaming hot and really tasty to.. From the photos you can see our dinner choices one being eggplant Parmesan and the other being fettuccine alfredo. We also started with some zucchoni sticks but they were gone before we could grab a photo. The zucchini sticks were incredibly natural ish where they didn't load them down with all breading and served a delicious marinara sauce. We were also sold the ranch sauce and this is the one thing I have is they didn't tell us that there would be a charge for the additional sauce but recommended trying both. That same thing happened I went my wife's dish when the girl asked if we wanted to put any veggies or anything in them she asked it as if it was just a question not hey we're going to charge you for each one of them so my wife answered and sure enough we were charged for each one of them. As mentioned earlier, the food was smoking hot and the marinara sauce was fantastic. I mean really really good. The fettuccine was cooked perfectly the sauce was delicious and my ziti was also amazing and cooked exactly how anyone should like it. The server was fantastically friendly and attentive but no in an overbearing way. Overall we were left with a really good feeling about this place and though the portions were more moderate than typical American portions especially for the price, will be back.

We were thrilled to find this tiny hidden gem. First let me say that this place is very small. It only has 8 tables and a couple of those only seat 2 people. The waitress told us that on the weekends and all summer u must have a reservation to get in. We were waiting at the door at 11:00 on a Wednesday in March when they opened and got right in without a reservation. They were very welcoming and friendly. Everything that we had was incredible from the salad to the desserts. The waitress told us that everything is homemade and family owned and staffed by an Italian immigrant family! We were just passing through but now I'm trying to figure out another trip out this way so I can visit this restaurant again. I highly recommend this place.

We were looking for this restaurant based on Yelp reviews. We drove by it before we realized that little building was it. We pulled into the parking lot and ALMOST left without going in. It was so small. And there was only one other couple inside. And the building looks like it used to be a Dairy Queen or something. Leaving would have been the biggest mistake of my culinary life. This place is AMAZING! The service is excellent. The food is beyond what anyone's Italian grandmother cooks. The pasta was done perfectly. The sauces were spot on. The veal, chicken and shrimp we had were tender and perfectly cooked. And the prices! Ridiculously low! And the inside decor, while not elegant, was nice! You have to try this place. It deserves its five stars! However, if you want wine, bring it yourself (which you can do). Apparently TN, in their wisdom, has decided that places that seat less than 40 patrons can't get a liquor lisc.

Very good. Small hole in the wall but worth a try. Not the best ambiance but food was on point.

It is away from from the beaten path of the Smokies and they recommend reservations for dinner. Open at 3pm, I called and he gave us a 6:15 time which worked well on a slower Wednesday. The entrance gives way to a nice bar area with a few TVs, booths and white linen tables. We each settled on a bottle of Sangiovese and Pinot Grigio and the mussels appetizer and bruschetta. Our waiter Andrei was professional and prompt. We decided to have a glass of wine and enjoy conversation and our apps without ordering our entrees and expediting the occasion. Andrei checked back several times and kept our waters full and was very patient. We settled on clams fettuccini with a white wine butter sauce and my lady got the mussels in the same sauce. It was a garlic lover's delight and I'm certain I'll never be a vampire. We enjoyed the setting and the atmosphere was relaxed. A liquid dessert pour of tequila and whiskey settled us and we skipped dessert although it was tempting. Overall the prices were a bit higher but the service was excellent and our meal rang true. It was a great first impression and we had leftovers. It will be added into our rotation and look forward to trying other pastas and seafood.

The Frutti di Mare is phenomenal!!!…read more We happened upon this wonderful location by watching "Adventure is Out There" on YouTube. Totally off the beaten path, and so worth it. Just when you think you're lost, you arrive. The Focaccia bread that is served really good. Suggest getting marina as opposed to olive oil for dipping. The meatball was nice sized (big enough to share) and marinara sauce was really good. The Frutti di Mare was suggested by our waiter Anthony (very knowledgeable about the menu and offerings) to use white wine sauce. It was a great suggestion. The ingredients were obviously fresh and the portion size was easily shareable. We shared a Tiramisu. And let me preface that my wife has never liked this dessert. But the YouTube review swayed her perspective. And she loved it. You can tell that it's a labor to make (we talked to the owner's wife and she concurred). The only negative would be due to personal preference. The Caesar salad dressing didn't have anchovies. It was lemon forward and good, but it's just something that we like.

We showed up after a long day of being tourists together. Neither one of us was terribly hungry, but we were not going to let that stop us. She started with a sangria and I ordered a raspberry Italian soda ( I've never seen my drink anywhere except Johnny Carinos and forgot how good they were). We shared a small plate of Italian nachos.
