I took my two mini-aussies here, first time, although mixed reviews I wanted to give it a shot. We dropped them off at 3pm by 5pm I got a phone call that my dog was found in the expressway dodging cars, luckily rescued by a great group of people. We were reunited and went to get my other dog to find out she was cut on her leg. Bleeding everywhere. The owner went after my Aussie and was frantic when he came back to the store. I was never called but he did explain his priority was to get my dog as he escaped. We went to the hospital to get them taken care of luckily the dog who escaped was fine other than torn paw pads. The owners did take care of the bill and also extra for everything caused. They also sent me a care package the next day which was very kind of them. They have been very attentive and as I do appreciate everything, it doesn't take away the trauma we all went through. I really hope that the security for the pups gets taken care of for their safety and to avoid a tragedy. I won't post pictures because it's just depressing. I just want things to get taken care of for the future. I give my best to the shop and owners.

This store DOES NOT accept return/credit for opened food/treats. if you are not 100% sure of your purchase best to buy from another store.

First of all the place smells like rotten water , aside from having a very limited variety of cichlids they don't look that great , there was this one specific tank that all the fish were swimming strangely and one other tank had a sign that said check filter ( maybe that explains in part why the place smelled bad ) because the tanks are not properly maintained. But why put a sign up ? Just service the filter so the fish can live in proper water conditions . And last but not least , all the questions we asked were answered with : but it's not guaranteed . Seriously I think I know more about African Cichlids than the person working there. We didn't buy any fish since I don't think the water conditions and fish health were good , and in all honesty I wouldn't recommend buying live anything from this place . It's just a big NO NO !!

I don't know the reason why but I recently took my chihuahua to get her nails cut and get ear care, only to find out the original place in 209 Northern was up for rent. I ended up calling the number and asking if the business was either closed or moved. I was relieved when I was told that he had simply moved. The new location is a bit tricky, considering that there isn't a parking lot anymore and customers now have to double park on the street in order to access the new store. He still has most of the things he had in his original store in this new one. Chew toys, pet food, clothes, etc; the only thing that has changed is his location!
