I'm not a big salon go-er, but I just love Nail.com! I had an important interview this week, so I went on Sunday to get a French manicure. Even though I was a walk-in, I only waited about 10 minutes before someone saw me. They offered me drinks while I waited and took my coat immediately. I went to Nail.com for the first time last night. The Wed $35 mani & pedi special is fantastic. Everyone was so very nice. The owners immediatly took my coat and hung it up, offered me a beverage (coke, diet, sprite, bottle of water, and/or hot tea). There is a huge selection of OPI and Essie, I couldn't even make up my mind! The pedicure chairs are so comfortable. They offer peppermint or lavendar sents to go into the water and the massages are wonderful. On to the manicure. I was so impressed that they used pariffan wax on your nails and they literally squeezed open a vitamin E capsul and massaged it into your hands. My only gripes are that they didn't do a lotion massage on your back while you are getting a mani like some other places I have gone to do. Also, the music is not so relaxing and it is really bright in there. However, it isn't noisy even though it was extemely busy. I have found my new favorite place...I highly recommend it!! read more

This place is AMAZING! Not only do they have the longest lasting and best manicures and pedicures (my pedicure seriously can last for over a month in the prime summer / flip flop season), they are so attentive to the little details: - Massage on your neck at the end of your service - 30 min of massaging, soaking and exfoliating your feet & legs prior to putting on nail polish - Hot wax treatment on your fingernails before polish - They offer you water or a soft drink to make you comfortable - If you are in a rush to leave, they'll wrap your feet in saran wrap to make sure you don't ruin your mani/pedi. - Last time I went, the lady gave everyone in the store a free bottle of aloe lotion (I have no idea why?) Excellent service, I'm always so happy when I leave here because I have been so pampered. Best way to spend $40 on the most amazing mani/pedi. read more

4.5 Stars Wednesday was the first time I went to Nails.com. Please note that on Wednesdays, they have a $35 deal for a mani/pedi - and it can get busy - but it's worth the wait (they don't do reservations for the deal). For $35 we got mani/pedi's with a soak scrub, decent foot and arm/hand massage, and they wouldn't let us leave before our paint was dry. Plus, the owner (i think) put on our jackets and helped button them up when we left (which is helpful when it's freezing outside). They have spray to help dry your hands/toes faster, and decent drying stations. We will be going back every wednesday, if not every other wednesday. I definitely recommend this place. The only bad thing I can say is that the lady filed my nails too short: that being said, I'm a nail biter and there isn't much to work with so I don't blame anyone for trying to make them look decent. read more

My new obsession is a no-chip manicure and this place is the best. I've had a few and if not done right they will either 1)looky goopy and thick on your nails or 2)peel off your nails a few days later. I've had two done here and they both have turned out fabulous! I've been here twice and am really happy with this place. They're friendly and efficient, and I've been able to walk right in for pedicures and manicures, even on Saturday mornings. All the services I've gotten here (including removal of a gel manicure) have been great. The massage chairs are wonderful, and they always offer you a drink when you come in. This was my first time at My Nail I was literally driving down the Clark street looking up some nail salons and upon seeing this place, I hit up the yelp's app and after seeing good reviews I decided to check it out. Great place! Not only I didn't have to have an appointment, I didn't have to wait, despite the place being full, I got great service and selection on nail polishes was phenomenal. But the best part, it was really cheap, just $15 for great manicure and at the end little neck massage....I'll definitely be back. Awesome!!!! read more

This is the only nail salon I'll use. The staff here is really professional and friendly. I've only ever gotten pedicures here, so I can't speak for any other services. The pedicures are great, though! They last forever and sometimes I even get a little flower on my big toe. ;-) read more

I'm really picky when it comes to my manicures but this place is definitely hard to beat. Color choice is amazing, staff is great, love that they offer water bottles or pop, and their massages are amazing. I also like the shoulder massages at the drying station but they have varied from person to person. I needed to give my hands and chipped toes a make over, but I did not have a ton of time. After reading the reviews on Yelp I headed over to My Nail. They had a lot of nail polish options including Essie, China Glaze, and OPI. Once I sat down in the pedicure chair she asked me if I wanted a lavender or peppermint bath (and it was actually included!). I enjoyed my chair massage and foot massage before heading to the manicure station. The woman did an equally good job on my finger nails and during the hand/arm massage she used an oil that left my hands extremely soft event 2 hours later. After my manicure I sat down at the dryer and enjoyed a short shoulder massage. Overall, I think this place is great. I will be going back again assuming my manicure does not chip tomorrow. The woman who did my nails was not super friendly, but for $35 (Wednesday special) I will be back. read more

Second time back since they switched owners and it will be my last. Lazy staff, unfriendly, unhelpful, and poor job on my mani/pedi. Almost seemed like my technician was too lazy to even cut my toenails. Scrub on my lega did t evem remove any skin cells, it was too light and not even pleasurable. I am a regular at this salon and if I ever move I will be very sad. I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure at this salon. The owners are very kind and very clean. They always offer a beverage, coat service, and offer spa quality treatments at affordable prices. They also participate in Pretty Quick which is lends discounts for services! read more

Great no-chips, attention to detail and very thorough with cuticles. Nice touches like sugar scrub, warmed towels, vitamin e oil, long hand massage. No chips usually last the full two weeks, and it says that they repair within a week. Only complaint is inconsistent charge for no chip removal. If I have to pay for removal, I want to be told upfront when I ask prices. The first time I went, I was not charged, so I was under the impression there was no charge. However, the second time I was charged. With it already being on the pricey side, I would suggest going on days when they have specials or promotions. read more

This business was everything i expected. My girlfriend and i went because I told her of the awesome reviews I read on yelp. As soon as you walk in the colors are beautiful enough to awaken your senses. They take your coat, offer you a complimentary drink and you sit down. This is when your experience begins. So a friend recommended this place, and as a mother's day gift, I thought I'd treat her (and myself) to mani-pedis. She'd never gotten a no-chip manicure before, so I thought this would be a nice time. She'd been to this salon before on a Wednesday and paid somewhere around $35. We went on a Saturday afternoon. After our no-chip mani/pedis, I gave the woman my credit card only to find the receipt returned with a big price tag... $140 for two mani/pedis! I think that breaks down to something like $30 for a regular pedicure and $40 for the no-chip manicure. Now, the work is pretty good (not perfect, especially not for the price), and the people were fine (not really talkative or anything, but that's fine--it's a bigger nail salon so it's a little like an assembly line). I enjoyed the massage chairs during my pedicure, and the hot towel/oil massage on my hands. But not for this much money! This mishap frustrates me more the more I think about it (and I tipped additionally!). I really should've asked why it was so expensive. So the work is good, but definitely look at the price menu before you get anything done. read more

I went here with a group of 7 other girls to get manicures/pedicures on a Saturday morning. It was our first time coming to this salon. We had an appointment, and they were ready for us when we got there. Everyone was friendly, and since it was close to Christmas, they even gave us socks as a little gift. The reason for my low rating is because it was the worst manicure I've ever had. It was a no-chip/gel manicure. I've had quite a few of these in the past, and they have all lasted me at least 2 weeks with no chips. This manicure lasted less than 24 hours. By the next morning, a few of my nails were already chipping, and by Monday, most, if not all, of my nails had the paint chipping off. I will not return for another manicure. read more

I went to this location on Friday night and received a great no-chip manicure. I noticed that the color I chose really could have used a 3rd coat (Essie no-chip). I was extremely impressed with this salon! Clean and inviting atmosphere, very organized, and they have someone managing appointments and the flow of people inside. There is someone at the front who will check you in, tell you an estimate wait time, and then seat you when you're ready. It's BYOB, so feel free to bring some champagne in for a girls day! They also ask if you'd like a water or drink right up seating you, very attentive! My pedicure turned out great, with warm lavender water, exfoliation and massage, and PROPER tools used when cleaning up the polish (versus when they take their finger and just wipe it off with their nail). The color selection is abundant, and at the end, they gave me a little shoulder massage! Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend! read more

Do not waste your money here. Spent almost 2 hours for a terrible mani/pedi with inexperienced staff. All nail polish chipped within an hour. Came back to have them re-do my nails in the afternoon, made sure to dry for 25 min, and same thing happened. They must add something to their polish as it's still sticky 3 hours later. This has never happened anywhere else. I will happily be taking my business to my regular place. I only went here as they opened at 9am. Nice staff, but a big waste of $. read more

Went here based on a local search near my mechanic while waiting for an oil change. Pedicure and oil change ended up being the same price. It was my first pedicure in 4 years and it was great. It was at least 30 minutes long feet and legs were smooth and beautifully painted. My feet felt great for days after. The place is a bit cramped (to be fair there was a large bridal party there too) which I didn't find too comforting when I first arrived. I had a pedicure and it was just OK. The woman who did my pedicure left a lot of rough spots on my feet and seemed to be rushing. Overall, everything there was just OK. It was very clean which is a plus. I've been going to this place for three years. It is a wonderful place - clean, warm, lots of "extras." However, today I had a really bad experience. The kind, doting owners took the day off, and the place was completely different! No neck massage (ok, I can live without it) a sub-par manicure from a woman who didn't seem to know the difference between "oval" and "square". It took a long time for my nails to grow long, and she filed them down very short, although I asked her to leave them long. After my manicure, the woman (no name tag, so I don't know her name) ushered me to my pedicure chair, shoving me in and ruining a finger on my right hand. I showed it to her and she shrugged her shoulders and continued preparing for my pedicure. I actually had to ask her to fix my smudged nail. And when she did, she tried to fix it with nail polish remover, leaving it lumpy. This I had to point out to her. She finally fixed it by painting over it. The pedicure was also no picnic. She used some sort of scrubbing brush with a huge amount of force that three hours later, still hurts. My feet are raw and swollen. When I left the salon, everything looked fine. However, three hours later, the polish still isn't dry. The shine is gone and the mani and pedi are all smudged. I spent way too much money for a three-hour lasting job! I'll still continue to get my nails done at nails.com. However, I won't stay if the owners aren't there. read more

I found this place on Yelp a few months ago and it is the BEST NAIL SALON EVER!!! The owners are so friendly and accommodating. One time, their son ran out to pay my parking meter when it was running low on time! You can't go wrong with any of the girls - they all do an amazing job. You get at least a 45 minute pedicure every time; sometimes longer when they're slow. Exfoliation, massage, scrub, you name it! Its clean, fun, cute decor, and they have LOTS of candy. The Wednesday mani/pedi special is great, too, and I've never waited longer than 10 minutes for a walk-in appointment. I can't recommend this place enough. Every salon owner in the city should visit Nail.com and try to emulate it. It is PERFECT! read more

My husband and I went here on a Saturday morning. We both got pedicures and manicures (I got a no-chip mani). The pedicure chairs are awesome and the overall pedicure was very well done. The only thing I wished was better was the leg and foot massage. It lasted about 2 minutes and to me, it's one of the best parts. Especially for a 30$ pedi. I'll still be going back because the pedi lasted a long time and they were very meticulous. The no chip mani lasted over 3wks as well. Overall great customer service and great work. LOVE this place! It surprised me when their cummulative rating wasn't 5 stars. The owners are this adorable older couple that are so hospital and sweet. Upon entering the salon you are asked if you want a drink. One time I went with a friend and they were serving Awesome frozen margaritas from Cesar's next door. My friend and I were having a girls day and the place I origianlly booked cancelled on us...rude! So we took to yelp in the area looking for some great reviews. This place was such a nice spot. You will almost miss it if your driving by! They don't have the typical signs but a nice window logo. It was very clean and relaxing inside. I got a pedicure and the chairs were very comfortable and the massage aspect was really great for a chair. I had my toes done by Rosy and she was amazing! My feet never looked so great! They had a nice selection of colors including Essie and OPI. They best part...the color on my toes was super shiny and lasted for at least 3 weeks without chipping. I brought my bridal party here for pre-wedding manicures & pedicures. Everybody's nails looked great, and the customer service was excellent. They offered everyone shoulder chair massages after our manicures and pedicures (some were better than others, but...free massage, ok), and the manager offered us free samples of body wash. Everyone was very pleased and the salon was very accommodating. The manager even crowned me with a cute little sparkly tiara during the process, which was silly, but cute. They treated everyone professionally. I was surprised that they don't do acrylic nails, which means that the salon doesn't stink of chemicals...Yay!
