My daughter had to tell the girl that did her toes that she forgot to put a top coat and her lines for the French tip were crooked. Went once and will not be back. I wanted a simple pedicure and the girl had no idea what she was doing. I wish she would have just said she didn't know instead of hurting me and spilling paint on my feet. Then tried to just apply more and more paint to cover the mistakes include cotton ball remnants. Speaking of cotton balls, she used one cotton ball for all 10 toes. Today was my first time here. I'm so happy I found this salon! Jenni booked my appt. and also did my nails. Most nail salons always try and upsell you with add ons, but Jenni did not. She actually told me I didn't need acrylic, and that the gel polish would be ok on my short nails. She explained everything she did, which nobody has ever done before. I selected a light pink which a lot of people dont do correctly (ex. streaks and uneven color). Jenni is a perfectionist and she took her time with me. I was running really late due to Friday traffic but she was very pleasant and I will go to her again amd recommend this salon to my family and friends. 4.5 rating!!!! How is this possible? I drove from Pasadena relying on the rating and reviews. I should've known better especially since there are only 25 reviews. I scheduled an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure at 1 pm on June 23r. I needed to come later in the day so I booked an appointment online and then called to let them know so they could cancel the earlier appointment. Initially, I had difficulty locating the salon but did eventually find it. Gel-X was suggested and I contemplated getting it but vacillated so Sylvia made the decision for me. Mind you she said I'd have more than enough time to decide because the manicure would be done first. The first color I selected was red or so I thought so I selected another red but ended up deciding to get red powder. When she applied black polish that should've been a clue she had no idea what she was doing. She tried and tried but was unable to apply the powder I wanted and said it's because the powder is no good. Right!!!!At that point I asked her to remove the polish and told her I didn't want any color. She didn't even apply a coat of clear polish. I made the mistake of asking how much to which she replied $10, then quickly changed that to $15 for a manicure with no color???? Their Groupon is $19 for a gel manicure I now see why. Needless to say I didn't get the gel pedicure. What can I say? Don't do it!!!!! Go elsewhere!!!! I'm certain there'll be a reply but take my word go elsewhere. read more

Avoid this place at all cost!!! The absolute worst nail experience I have ever had. It took an hour and half for the gal to give me a fill and she missed doing two of my nails. She had no clue how to apply the powder. She must have gotten up at least five times to look for her supplies. I was so frustrated with her work, I left without my nails being polished - not to mention they were not filed correctly and so bumpy. Then she had the nerve to try and charge me $32 FOR A FILL!
