Never had a bad experience until recently and I stopped going. I was a regular every 3wks always made an appointment in advance with Casey. I'm not sure what happened but the two men they had working there left leaving just Casey. Four months I went in for my appointment, once completely closed down I had to go next door to the hair salon and ask them if they would take my number and pass it on. After that I'd show up with an appointment and was asked to wait or come back. Stupid me I waited. The next time I arrive she's got one in the pedicure tub and one in the nail station she casually looks at me and said ohhhh Debra I'm going to be late. Absolutely no regard or respect that I had an appointment... I'm what?!! I very nicely told her no and I would not be back. I've found a new salon, after all they are everywhere.. But what really gets me is that I stuck it out with her for over a year when she took over, she had my number not once did she pick up the phone to apologize, say that she valued my business.. After a long, traumatic move cross-country, my feet were a mess, but she put them right in a single session. After trying a different salon, I ended up with issues which, again, she immediately set to solving when I returned. I won't stray again. She's pleasant and easy-going, and I leave with my feet looking good and in the best possible shape.
