I've been going on and off when I don't see my regular nail tech and need a quick manicure. The place is clean and everyone is friendly. I got a nail tech recently that was amazing and made sure that my nails looked perfect. When I came here for pedicures before I wasn't as happy. The nail tech pulled out an ingrown nail and I wasn't too happy about that. If you need a good manicure, this is the place to go.

Text messages exchanged with the owner. I am the blue, she is the black. She sent messages at 9PM and 2AM the day before my wedding...

I have been a faithful customer (once every three weeks) for several years now but I am done. There have been so many mistakes with scheduling and the receptionists are young and don't have the customer service skills to handle any type of problem. The owner Tina is one of the rudest least-compassionate people I've met. I was getting my weddings nails done and the color on their swatch did not match the color they started to put on my nails. I got up to see if there were any similar colors but I couldn't find anything. Nina (who was doing my nails) sat on her phone while I struggled to find a color. Tina stood at the front desk starting at me but not offering any help. Women customers were trying to help me! I began to tear up - out of frustration but also because my Dad passed away two days before this. Tina kept saying things like "you're taking too much time - you pick color," "what color you want?," etc. i told her I didn't understand why no one from the salon was trying to help me and she said she wouldn't help because I am too emotional. I literally had some tears coming down my face - I wasn't yelling, screaming , sobbing, etc. i explained why I was upset and she got angry and said "what color you want?" and I asked if she wanted to come over to the table to look at the color" and she wouldn't. She had no idea what color I wanted but they she said "if we help you pick color, you need to like and be satisfied." At this point I was so upset I just wanted to leave. One of the sweetest souls paid for my pedicure (that color was also wrong because they were out of the color I wanted but I quickly chose another color because it wouldn't be seen during the wedding). Another sweet customer who was waiting for her appointment got up and left - she followed me out to my car and said she was sorry the way I was treated and offered other good nail salons. At 9:00PM that evening, I received a text message from the owner Tina. I reply to the message. Then she replied back to me at 2:00AM. Both inappropriate times for a business owner to contact a client. I have included the photos of the texts. Let those speak for themselves. Avoid JT NAILS!!!

I mean...hmmm where to start. Okay well first off, I've got to say that I've now been here twice and both times left very satisfied with my nails. I've done dip with extensions and as the pictures will show, they've done a lovely job. Unfortunately, I've decided to no longer return because I came across a better salon (imo). Still, let's go over the pros and cons of JT NAILS. Pros -Beautiful nails as a result, clean and done in a timely manner -Large salon space that does more than just nails...waxing is available too! -Walk-ins are possible and plenty of staff to help you choose a color quickly (lol if you're indecisive like me) -Staff tries to build a rapport with you although some may not speak English but that's alright/they're still friendly for the most part -Conveniently located in a plaza with large parking Cons -Final bill always has some random charges on it until your realise they're not random. For instance, it's extra if you want your nails shaped in non square form (so if you're thinking coffin shaped or stiletto or anything non square, keep this in mind). Another example is being charged extra for using 2 colors instead of one...I asked for a different shade of purple dip and was charged for that :/ -Staff sometimes seemed rushed to finish and so they might prick and poke at nails (harming you slightly in the process) -Real nails are a mess. New salon I'm frequenting now mentioned they went too deep/shaved off too much of my actual nail for the extension so gotta let these nails breathe for a bit...they ARE indeed super soft at the moment unfortunately. Anyway, just my two cents!

Had an appt for dip mani. First time coming here, usually an hour in total at any other salon. 2 and a half hours here!! Had a lady named Anna, super nice and friendly, however nails came out horrible. Thick, chunky, translucent, overall very poor work. I also never Used curved tips and when I asked why told me to "point my nails down".... Whatever that means. Cuticles don't exist.. dip just goes right onto my skin. A disaster. My friend however got very good service and her nails came out great.. also was very clean and nice inside so I won't judge based off of one bad experience but Avoid Anna!

i went to J T Nails last year and had great services and experience! I went today to get a pedicure the trxh was not paying attention. Ge was more interested in what was going on around him and joking with the staff! I has done in a half hour. now the polish on some of my nails came off. will not be going back. the most worse experience this time around

    Acrylic Fill with gel polish.

She was also very educational with the questions I asked and offered other recommendations to help with my skin. My skin can be sensitive at times so I was worried about trying new products. Per Laurie's recommendation I bought a toner, vitamin c & e, a pore & wrinkle serum, & a moisturizer. I love them all and most importantly, my skin does too! I would also like to note that she was not in any way pushy about buying the products. She suggested the ones to get first if I was looking to budget. I ended up buying them all and found the pricing very reasonable. I just rebooked and can't wait to see Laurie again.

Instead of calling me and asking if I was OK, as any caring business owner would, I was blacklisted from booking appointments online. Marisa only cares about your wallet and it's evident in the fact that in the 6 years I was a client, she went through 3 different product lines in the guise of "providing the best for her clients" i.e., what will make her the most profit. She forces product sales and tells her estheticians to do the same. If you're not her daughter or a family friend, you won't last there as an employee. Her prices are on par with high end Boston spas, but in North Attleboro. I presume she has to pay the mortgage on her extravagant new location somehow. I regret having spent thousands there over the years. EDIT 1/2/2025 in response to business owner comment -- I understand the need for strict no-show and last-minute cancellations, which of course are intended to recoup loses from UNRELIABLE clients. Not from clients diagnosed with cancer who are trying their best to maintain some sense of normalcy in life who have a long history of maintaining a proper client-business relationship. My treatment based on extenuating circumstances cannot reasonably be considered "understanding and flexible". It is important to current and future clients that they consider how quickly a business devalues a client, so they can make the most informed decision on where to receive these types of services. The best way to address my concerns would be to treat clients better than I've been treated. I in no way mean to harm your business. Everyone can read all reviews here and on other websites and decide for themselves if they wish for their hard-earned dollars to support your business.

On June 13th I had an appointment to get my hair permed at Reviva Spa and Beauty Boutique by Linda…read moreTrudeau. I have never been to Linda before, so I sent her pictures of my hair (to see the length), and when we spoke on the phone I told her I had previously dyed my hair with product from Sally's in December. I have gotten a perm on long dyed hair before, and two different solutions were used on my hair, one for the virgin roots and one for the dyed ends. Linda told me the product she uses is for treated and untreated hair and that it shouldn't be a problem. The only stipulation I told her before coming in, was that I did not want to cut off any length. *these are facts, no opinion involved in those statements* When perming my hair, she used a smaller sized rod on my hair. Since my hair is long, she didn't want the weight of my hair to loosen the perm faster. This makes sense, except for the fact that my hair is way too long to put the entire length on just one rod and expect the solution to penetrate deep enough for the ends to curl. I'm not the 'professional' here, so I just trust her judgement. After my entire head is curled, she starts applying the solution to my head, during which she got solution in my eye. Once she was finished she said, "well I went over your entire head twice, so hopefully that'll be enough to curl it". Not exactly inspiring confidence, but again i'm not the 'professional'. She brings me to the sink to wash out the solution and take out the rods. Now at this point in a normal perm you are supposed to apply what is called a neutralizer that helps the hair follicle close (the perm solution opens the follicle to allow it to become curly). Linda did NOT do this to my hair. By the time I got home, my hair was fully dried and I noticed that the ends seemed pretty straight. I assume this is just because she brushed my hair out to trim it, and perms never look good on the first day. I texted Linda to inform her and she told me it was probably the brushing and to wet my hair. I wait 48 hours and then wash my hair. Here's where things take a turn. I send Linda pictures to show her that my ends are still straight, and ask how we can fix this. She calls me and says how she 'does good perms' and 'this never happens'. That's fine, people mess up. I just wanted it fixed. We ended the call with her agreeing to re-perm the bottom half of my head and she is going to call me back when she has an opening for me to come back in. About 20 minutes later, she texts me and just says how it looks like it didn't take because of the color that was on my ends. She is now not only not agreeing to re-perm my hair, but continues to blame me for not being honest about the products I used, and is only willing to cut my hair to "see if it will bounce up". Remember when I said the only thing I didn't want to do was cut my hair? She refused to even give me a partial credit, because "I'm not responsible for something you did at home that compromised your ends". This obviously infuriates me, because I sent her pictures of my hair ahead of time and went out of my way to tell her I dyed my hair around 6 months ago with product from Sally's so she would know going into perming my hair. We end our texting exchange with the screen shot you can see attached to this post. Every text she sent was as unprofessional as this one. She never took an ounce of culpability in the results of my hair, and was rude and dismissive. I spoke to two other hair professionals, both of whom said my ends were perfectly fine, and that she shouldn't have put all of my hair on one rod and instead have done what's called a piggy back technique. The first picture is what my hair looked like wet and dried after Linda permed it. And the second picture is my hair wet and dried after Marilyn re-permed the ends for me. Please note that Marilyn did not remove any color or do anything to my hair because re-perming the ends. As you can see, my ends are in fact NOT compromised as the perm took perfectly and I have the curled hair I should have gotten from Linda in the first place. I only ever asked for HALF of my money back so I could get it fixed. They refused and continued to deny any fault. I will note that the salon owner offered me 3 products to try to help my hair, which I appreciated but it the bare minimum that should have happened.

I have gone here for many years. Always happy with this salon. Currently working with Audra and…read moreLisa. But everyone is awesome. Great skills, but also kind and friendly.
