I was excited to try this NEW location. Inside it looks very nice, clean. I got there at 530pm, was seen right away for my appt, however I left at 8pm. (LONG time) I got a mani (dip powder) and a regular pedi. Total was 82 dollars. I understand prices have gone up with the economy however I'm not sure that the attention to detail was there. I left there noticing my nails have lots of dents in them and the dip powder is extremely thick. I do believe some steps of the process of both mani and pedi were skipped for some reason- usually they clip the skin around the nails or file them perfectly straight... again- attention to detail was lacking. For the amount of time I spent there, I expected some great work. They have a points program but you have to earn over 400 points to get it, and each point is a dollar. Seems far fetched. Not sure if I'll return. read more

I tried Super Nails because it is really close to my house and I've had people recommend their gel pedicures. I made an appointment earlier in the day for 4pm on a Wednesday. When I arrived 5 minutes early I was barely greeted told to just pick a color I then waited another 10 minutes to be called over to a chair, no water in the bowl and was barely told someone would be helping me soon. There were 4 total customers in the salon. Another 20 minuets later I still had not been approached by anyone , the girl providing a service next to me ended up just turning on the water in the bowl. No product just luke warm water. In total I was there for 30 minutes with no service after I had made an appointment. I proceeded to leave and no one even approached me or apologized. There was no communication, no service and no apology. Will not be returning and will be letting others know as well. read more

I went to Super Nails for a fill of my acrylic nails. I've been to the salon before and was always been happy with the services received. I have been away for a while and went back for the first time today. The salon is very clean and I have never seen so many polish options! You are immediately greeted and signed in. I went in last minute on a Sunday evening. Every nail shop I called told me they were closing soon and would not be able to accommodate me. Super Nails was very accommodating with a very warm welcome and told me to come on in! My nails came out fabulous! I'm so happy to have found Super Nails & Spa! They were very easy to make an appointment with over the phone, and were convenient to get to. The whole vibe of the place was great. Beautiful white flowers, modern stations, and so many products! I was a little overwhelmed with all of the nail polish options at first, but got the hang of it and then started having fun looking. They had hundreds of nail color samples, and they were marked for if they were gel, dipped, etc. I really appreciated not being rushed to make a decision. I get twitchy if people touch my feet, but the guy who did my pedicure was very gentle. He was friendly and efficient, and followed my lead of not talking much. The massage chair was very relaxing and if I wasn't watching a video on my phone, I would have fallen asleep. I had recently injured myself and hadn't been able to bend to cut my toenails, and the guy working didn't make me feel judged at all. Next was the manicure. The lady who did my nails was really nice to talk to, and she showed me what to do, as this was my first manicure. She explained the difference between the types of polish and made a suggestion for what would hold up the best at my job. I'm not one to pamper myself. I went tonight because I have a formal event coming up for a work ceremony. However, I think I may make this a regular thing!
