Through pointing and body language we expressed what colors we wanted. Sadly, the color that I picked was see through which I am not particularly a fan of... when I pointed out to the tech she had no idea what I was saying. Then I asked for a new color... she just added a new color on top of old one making quite a combo on my hands. My friend was done first and paid with her Amex card. I was right after trying to pay with mine and was informed salon does not take Amex (?) literally just observed my friend paying with one, but okay When I had my nails redone in San Diego, my poor nail tech spent over 50 minutes trying to get coating off my nails as it was done very poorly..

Maybe there was a language barrier or maybe I misunderstood but instead of accusing the customer of being the cause of the awful job done (after they redid the 3 fingernails for only $5) maybe take some responsibility. They lost a customer who tips 25%. I was charged $30 but I paid $40 including tip all for bad job.

Against my better judgment, I decide to proceed to go through with this appointment because I was hoping that it would get better and I drove an hour to get here. But I was wrong. He was not pleasant to me while doing my nails and he was rude throughout. When it was time for my pedicure, he took me to the chair and said that my manicure needed to dry. I didn't know that he would walk off and have me sitting in the chair for nearly 30 minutes while he goes off and starts doing a woman's nails who came in after me as a walk in. I sat there waiting patiently, but I couldn't take it anymore. I said I'll pay the manicure but I will not be doing the pedicure now because the lack of respect for me and my time. I have never experienced such terrible customer service at a nail salon. The nail tech treated me like dirt! How can you have someone waiting that long while doing someone else's nails. I was the only person waiting. I regret coming here and not leaving when the nail tech started being disrespectful for no reason. The technician began my service only to have Annie the owner stop the technician stating that people who had made appointments had arrived. Only one technician was on duty for three customers. I was a walk-in. The two people with actual appointments were placed in chairs as well. Their service, then was begun by the same technician. Then a fourth customer arrived who had an appointment but apparently had specified a technician. The only technician on duty was again moved down the line to this fourth customer who requested said technician! None of us customers were pleased!! Instead of moving the technician twice, why didn't the owner assist?! The owner did not assist until later on! The new owner, Annie, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and extremely unskilled at owning and managing a small business. I am a American citizen, born and raised in the Stroudsburg PA area and am a US military Veteran!! This is clearly NOT the way we Americans treat one another! A lesson in Civics is encouraged here! Nail Trix in the Stroud Mall gave the poorest customer service!! The owner also allows a dog to bark at customers as they approach the entrance of the nail salon!!!
