Unprofessional rude and will rush you out, went here for a set from Leikana and the whole experience was disgusting

I went here for a fill in because it's closer than my normal spot. First I started with Emma a lovely young lady that was very attentive and pleasant. Something u must say about Emma.... I was on a reasonably tight schedule as I was still working. She stated that she bit slower on refills and because of this she passed me to her colleague Lauryn. I appreciate Emma for seeing that time was an issue and she knew she wouldn't be best suited to service me. Lauryn was not only professional and pleasant as well she was quick. It's not easy following behind another nail techs work. My full-set of colored acrylic was done elsewhere. Lauryn did an amazing job and even matched a broken nail to my set. No the salon itself is not the most beautiful environment but the work is stellar. I will return to see Lauryn again. Downside: No appointments. Walk-ins only read more

They do a great job if you're not picky like I am. Your service will be rushed and they aren't very friendly at all. You have to know them or know someone who does to get treated right. The services are all over the place and techs can be very rude. People will give you anything if you don't speak up read more

They do a great job here. The wait can be crazy 1 hour and 40 min. From my visit. & you feel strange if you don't know anybody, not very welcoming hopefully management can work on that. & Make sure you get a service total before you leave. The work is good but can get pricey.I asked for a wax but nobody seem to be availible. read more

Didn't like my nails at all and they wouldn't come off had to soak them in acetone for hours

Recently visited this nail salon and I can't believe how DIRTY this place was. Never in my life have I ever encountered such a dirty, UNSANITARY salon and the wait times are just unbelievable. My 1 star is only because my acrylics came out great, also everyone spoke English which was nice to not have to repeat things only to be misunderstood. This was my first time here. I called before hand to ask about making an appointment and they told me they do not make appointments and the wait is usually about an hour. I arrived at 11:30 AM and signed in my name and I was there to get a gel pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. I waited an hour and a half to get my pedicure done and then it was an hour after that to get my nails done. I was there for 5 HOURS- from 11:30-4:30. Why didn't I leave? Because I was already there and if I didn't get my nails done there I was going to have to search for another place. This salon was DISGUSTING and the owner, manager and staff should be absolutely ashamed and embarrassed. The floors had trash- balled up tissues ect. There was caked on dust everywhere- on the shelves, on the nail polish racks, on the backs of the chairs, piles of dusty magazines that look like they hadn't been touched in months- maybe because if you did want to read a magazine you have to go and wash your hands after picking it up. The worst part was probably towards the back of the salon when I went to the restroom. Piles of dirty laundry, there was a closet with the door open so you could see the washer which was caked on with dust, trash all around it. The restroom was worse than a gas station restroom. The restroom wouldn't lock so I had to ask someone to come over to have someone show me how to jiggle the handle the right way to get it to lock- maybe just replace the door handle? There were no tissues in there to dry my hands off with and there was trash and a dirty nail brush on the sink and then gunk splattered on the walls, dirty toilet- pics attached. I had to wait at a nail drying station in between my services and there was old bottles of soda sitting there that no one had thrown away that were covered in dust. I just don't understand what kind of owner, manager, Nail Tech would work in such a disgusting dirty salon. Do you think your customers are blind? Is this what your home looks like? I can guarantee all the staff using that same restroom knows that it's disgusting and if YOU don't want to use the restroom because it's dirty, what makes you think your clients are going to think it's OK? Unfortunately it's not illegal to have a disgusting dirty salon and maybe because they are so busy they don't care to lose any customers. I went here because they had great reviews but I'm so surprised none of the reviews mentioned the cleanliness. Even though I absolutely loved my Nail Tech, her station was dirty there was old tips and dust all over the table she didn't even lay down a clean hand towel. I just cannot stress enough how appalled I am. The managers name is Han and Han this is my message to you: DO BETTER. If your salon is this dirty I can't imagine that your tools are being sanitized and I would go as far as to say this is a health risk. THERE ARE NO EXCUSES. Sometimes when you work somewhere day in and day out, you get used to things or because no one else cares, why should you right? WRONG. Han, where are your STANDARDS? The sad part is that the nail techs there are VERY skilled but how sad to be overshadowed by how DIRTY you CHOOSE to keep the salon. I'm an exotic dancer so I know how nail businesses are usually , I have to be at them twice a month . I'm usually insanely patient. I came in Tuesday at 930 am and I was waiting an hour and 45 minutes. I had to work soon and didn't wanna risk it , so I left. I came back today at 9 on the dot when it opened and went inside and there were already 10 people being serviced. But I sat anyways . I was there an hour and a half until I decided to leave AGAIN. I saw pictures of their work so I decided to go to a smaller salon in a bad area. I ignored to reviews saying it was dirty and unkept and rude... just to give them a chance. There was powder caked onto things, trash on the floor. Obviously expired nail polish still being available for us. (Aka 60 percent of the polish available) If you're willing to be at a salon for 4 hours then go ahead , the pricing isn't cheaper than average and the place is dirtier than most. Love this place. I have been coming here for a year. Same staff-no surprises on who is there. Everyone is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Very willing to listen to want you want to have done and always have suggestions that compliment what you have asked for. They are not pushy on upgrades either. Great for when you are on a budget. I always get compliments on my nails and the colors that I have chosen or what was suggested especially for the holidays. Very quick to acknowledge you, even when they are busy (Saturdays seem to be the busiest). I never had a problem getting in after work and have never felt not welcome during their peak times. It is a family owned & operated business where they speak English to you and in their native tongue to each other to make sure everyone is being taken care of. As long as they are in business and my budget allows, I will continue to go back. read more
