The young lady who greeted me was very helpful and directed me exactly where I needed to go. I don't have time to wander around Home Depot looking for items, so that level of guidance makes a big difference. The associate at the Customer Service counter checked me out quickly. I was in and out. Overall, this location is well-stocked, well-organized, and the staff here are usually pretty friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the extra drive for me. I finally had to call the store, only to be told that the person handling curbside was "alone at customer service." Meanwhile, I watched multiple employees walking in and out with carts like nothing was going on. When my order finally came out, it wasn't even in a box! Just loose, like some random item thrown together. When I questioned it, the employee tried to lie and say it was a demo. Then changed the story and said "that's just how it comes." They even had the nerve to mark my order as picked up after I rejected it. The ONLY positive was the man actually working at customer service -- he was kind and trying his best. Just moved into a new home and discovered a problem with the microwave on a combo oven. For a nominal fee ($10) they came out within a few days, diagnosed the problem, replaced the defective parts and had us up and running. HEMI has always come thru for us and did so once again. They are dependable, proficient, polite and our "Go To" service for any appliance repair. We wont even consider using anywhere else.
