I have a love hate relationship with this place. Their pastries are great. I appreciate the mini puerquitos and love their cinnamon rolls. I've tried to get their cinnamon rolls from here three times now. The first time, they didn't have any...it was like 8am. The second time I called they said 15 min, got to there about 15 min later and still had to wait 10 min. Third time....today....called twice, no answer. My husband called about 5 min later and they told him 15 min. About 5 min after that THEY CALLED HIM BACK and told him about 40 mins, which we appreciated. We waited the 40 mins before getting to the store, and when we got there, they said it was still 30 mins!!!!!!! WTH!?!?!?!? We called and you called us back with an incorrect time! I don't mind waiting, but to be told incorrect information was just not okay. Basically, they never know what they have ready and available. I got here at 720 and they didn't have them ready and said it would be 20 minutes and that I didn't specify a time but I told the girl over and over I need them at 7 am sharp because I have work at 745. Really yummy, soft, and warm conchas, decently priced for all the different toppings. However, the matcha is not the best. I'm not sure who the supplies it but I recommend the restaurant invests in a good ceremonial grade matcha powder because the pastel green won't do it in the long run. Matcha should be a vibrant, not milky, green. I can't see myself getting a matcha again, so I imagine a lot of other customers might not buy the matcha as well after trying it. Anyway, enough about matcha, the place is pretty small but there's decorations and tables, which are pretty big. I noticed a lot of people just take up the lobby after ordering, I bet it would be good to have some sort of intercom system and encourage costumers to wait outside instead of crowding the lobby. The service is good for the restaurant just having opened, I'm sure it will get better in the future! The employees were nice just a bit shy. This has become my kids' special Saturday morning treat after Jiu Jitsu class! Their favorites are the churro concha and the strawberry crunch concha. They are so fresh, soft and delicious. I usually go for the vanilla myself. Yum! read more

Service was friendly, think they are still working through some kinks which is understandable. Order a coffee con leche that was really good. Also got a cinnamon roll concha that was good, little too cake like for me, but I am used to the traditional concha's that are a little dryer and soak up your coffee. Pink is my favorite color so the decor was totally on point. We will be going back in a couple of weeks to compare...wish them much success. read more

I stopped by panecito in the morning on 5/31/2026. I was very disappointed in the service! I was the only one in line and there was no cashier to help. I saw a few staff in the back who walked by the front and saw me standing there waiting for help. They made direct eye contact with me but didn't say a word! No someone will be with you in a minute! 3 people working there walked by and made eye contact with me but didn't say not say a word to me or did not come to help me! And 2 staff members female were standing there chatting it up with each other! Looked at me smiled to each other and kept talking to each other! That is when I walked out!! Unfortunately this place has some very entitled individuals working there who do not know customer service!!! Such a shame!! And to make it very clear.. I was not standing there for 2 minutes expecting help immediately but to be standing there for 5 minutes and I was the only one in line and get no help!! When I was going to spend my money to support your business and get no help!! No thank you!! I will never go back to this place again!! I don't care how goi the pastry's are!! We were excited to try this place out, but we're super disappointed with the food! Nothing looked like the pictures at all. E erything was very bland. The spicy green Chilaquiles were just some chips with clear green watery 'salsa' with a ton of green onions on top. The crispy bacon was super fatty anf limp. The prices are ridiculous for a plate of food with no flavor. The mini concha you are served while waiting were delicious and warm. After eating we went to the bakery to get mini conchas to take home, figuring that's why they give them to you so you like them and spend too much money to take some home.....but nope. You have to order the minis 24 hours in advance. That doesn't make any sense at all from a business standpoint. The best part was Allison, our server. She was kind, helpful, and in great spirits. I went in on 11/3/25 around 3:30 ish service was amazing and fast. The store was clean, I bought 4 classic Conchas and the pumpkin one. I really recommend the strawberry one and the churro one. Happened to be near the restaurant on their grand opening and wanted to give it a try. I visited the bakery side where the ambiance and overall atmosphere was very upbeat, warm, and welcoming. I ordered a couple traditional flavored conchas which were quite yummy, soft, and best of all warm! I have never had a concha before but these were a positive first experience for me. Actually went to eat at Keoni to eat and stumbled on this store. My boyfriend and I wanted dessert after the meal. We expected the usual breads at Mexican bakeries but were pleasantly surprised they also had more takes on the breads. I got a cinnamon concha which I did not expect to be warmed to perfection (probably best to eat right away while warm). I also didn't expect the flavor to be that great! My boyfriend loved his carrot cake. Highly recommend and will probably start frequenting this place before work or for a late night snack! read more
