She immediately picked up and cuddled my still-puke-covered dog because she was crying, and cuddled and comforted her. Faith then cleaned up the soiled toys and tried to clean the bed, and when she realized the bed would need a deeper clean, she found a replacement and made sure my dog was ok before she went back in the crate. Faith texted me everything and kept me updated, and she even volunteered to come out and check on my dog in a couple of hours if I could not get back from work.
