Plus, wanted something that's a closer drive to my home/work. My appointment on Tuesday was with Ashleigh, @locksandlore, and she was the absolute sweetest. Even though she's a curly specialist, I wanted someone who truly understands my hair as I make this big shift. I also saw Danielle, @fairiehairie, for the wash and style after the cut and she was lovely. Everyone there was so professional and friendly! Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. Out of curiosity I asked, if I get my hair back to "healthy " again. I asked who he would recommend and he said nobody here. I was shocked and to be honest, I was so over the consultation that I awkwardly laughed and promised him I'd be back. He could honestly care less. I wasn't too irritated because it smelled like hard boiled eggs or broccoli in there. Not to mention, The older woman at the front desk was hella grumpy as well.
