We called Norblom Plumbing due to a broken outdoor water pipe. Due to how a previous owner…read moreoriginally ran the pipe it was in a very hard to reach and maintain crawlspace under the house. Paul from Norblom assessed the situation and came up with a more cost affordable and easier to maintain solution for us to close up the broken pipe in the hard to reach location and run new pipe (up to code) to the side of the house. During his inspection he also found an issue with our dryer vent not being properly hooked up which is not something we would have noticed on our own. He was right on time in his time window, was very friendly, took the time to explain things to me, and most importantly was in and out in a few hours. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a professional to help with a plumbing issue.

He cleaned out 30 feet of our kitchen piping that had caused both sinks to back up and stop draining (okay, I put too much of the wrong stuff in the garbage disposal the night before). Problem solved in about an hour. Then I asked him to check the laundry room drain that had been intermittently slightly backing up. Again, problem solved! Reasonable price and half off the second repair. Good value! I learned a few valuable lessons about garbage disposals and pipes from John today. He's very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk to. Mike came out within a half hour of me calling and fixed it. He replaced the line that was leaking, but instead of just putting it back how it was (in an awkward position that possibly caused the leak to start with), he fixed the pipes so the water line would fit better. Also, when he arrived he was prepared with inside shoes and took his shoes off without me having to ask (some might not care about that, but it matters to me and shows courtesy) :) Overall we are extremely satisfied with the work and friendly, professional service.
