I've been to My Salad a couple of times. I had always ordered online for pickup. The staff is friendly and apparently always cleaning. The food is good as I can attest to after eating the southwest wrap and also the salad. One negative of being handed a dark stapled bag is that you don't know what's in it. I ordered jerk chicken soup along with the salad as a combo meal but never received the soup. It wasn't busy so distraction probably wasn't the issue.
