This has to be the greatest service ever!!! Last weekend my brother and I arrived in SLC and naively hopped on the wrong shuttle for marriot hotels. When we realized our mistake, we hurryingly got off but tragically left our camera bag by accident! After a few panicked minutes, MYSHUTTLE arrived to take us to our hotel; and Mike, our driver, was abuptly introduced to our distraught and apparently hopeless situation. Straight away he began dialing every Marriot in the city, calling every connection he had in his quite extensive network of shuttle drivers. (FUN FACT: Mike is the patriarch of a family empire in which at least 8 or 9 service public transportation in SLC). Within 20 minutes, he had not only found our bag, but personally eschorted us into the hotel to retrieve it. This turned out to be a very heroic gesture, mind you, since the driver of the inital shuttle began to give us a hard time and almost didn't give back our bag! But Mike, a large man with an aura of confidence and authority, heroically stepped in and patiently demanded our bag back. Once it was returned, he again eschorted us out, and promptly began driving us up the mountain to our hotel. Not to mention, he also provided us with a rather elaborate and detailed tour of the city and its history along the way. (FUN FACT Pt. 2: Mike's remarkable family has lived in SLC since it was initally colonized in the mid 1840s). In conclusion, my brother and I owe our memories of this trip to Mike and MyShuttle. And I would easily recommend him and his family to anyone looking for an adventure in Salt Lake City. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews... but I'd be doing the world a disservice by brushing this terrible experience aside. This company will quote you one price and then OVER DOUBLE the price once you commit and are ready to pay! I was quoted $160 for a car, round trip, then once I went to pay it miraculously was increased to $370 without explanation. When I brought this drastic change in price to their rep who provided the quote, Toshia, she adamantly claimed that I had given her the wrong information and refused to see the facts laid out in front of us, and that are clearly shown in the email and screenshot if I'm able to share. They claimed that I had not inquired about a round trip, and this is just flat out false . This company lacks integrity and will spend more time trying to tell you that you are wrong rather than taking accountability for their mistake (at best) or their shady business practices (seemingly most likely). If you're in the market for a car hire from SLC to Park City, I highly recommend taking a rideshare such as uber or lyft and saving the frustration of dealing with the incredibly poor customer service and lack of transparency that My Shuttle Park City offers. Oh, and it'll only cost you roughly $75 one-way, even in peak hours. I highly recommend these guys! From beginning to end the service was prompt and professional. I booked online and had a few questions. They responded to my email within minutes. Once those were answered, I completed the booking and was issued an invoice that I could either pay online or to the driver when I arrived. I paid online. It was easy. A day before my arrival in SLC I received a text message with my drivers name and how to reach him. It was so easy to text him when I landed and when my bags arrived. Within minutes he was outside the airport door. The ride was quick and Troy was friendly. Same thing on the way home. I received a text the night before confirming our pickup time the next day and who our driver would be. Travis arrived 10 minutes early and texted that he was waiting outside. He loaded up all our ski bags for us and we arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare. You really can't beat this combination of incredible service, convenience, and low prices. The #1 rating on Yelp convinced us to try My Shuttle for our most recent ski trip from the airport to PCMR (and back). We used #5 Shuttle Park City in the past and liked them, but their prices were $165 for our party of 4. Doing our homework and research showed #2 M&L Park City Shuttle and #4 Ski Taxi both had low rates of $100 for 4. My Shuttle came in at $110 for 4. So the prices were very close and we figured the #1 rating was worth $10. My Shuttle did not disappoint. Toshia and Kristin (our two mother-daughter drivers to and from the airport) were SUPER! Fantastic text communication with on-time service. Both vehicles were nice Toyota mini-vans with plenty of room for all our bags and a large enclosed ski carrier on top. Had planned on using another shuttle service (same one we used coming into PC), but got a tip on My Shuttle from a fellow skier while in the hot tub. Went back to the condo and booked it online. Web site was easy to use. The price was significantly less that the other shuttle service we used. The driver arrived promptly as scheduled (even with the snowy roads and traffic), was as courteous and helpful as could be, the minivan was spotless, and they had a Thule box for our gear. With 5 of us, all with luggage and ski gear, there would have been no way we all could have fit if it were not for the Thule box. The conversation with the driver on the way to the airport was interesting, and the credit card payment made on his phone was super convenient. I don't give out 5 star reviews easily, but this company earned my business and loyalty. read more

I contracted with My Shuttle for transportation to and from Park City from Salt Lake City airport. I had done a lot of research and decided I did not want my wife and I to be one of many passengers but rather I wanted us to be the only passengers. The price is the same so why wouldn't you choose this personalized service? The service was outstanding. We received text from the drivers the day before letting us know who would be picking us up and in what vehicle. When we landed in Salt Lake the driver was there within 3 minutes. Both drivers were professional and very personable. Both talked to us about the history of the area. Both drivers were polite yet not distant, more like friends giving us a ride. My Shuttle was absolutely fantastic! We rode both to (1/24/19) and back (1/28/19) to the Salt Lake City airport. They were so professional. They confirmed by text ahead of time. The pickup instructions were so easy to follow. We loved talking to Ron (the dad in the picture) on the way to Park City for the Sundance Film Festival and Jose on the way back to the airport. The rates were very reasonable and worth every penny. We paid the little bit extra for Ron to take us to Fresh Market and wait while we bought some groceries. We were so glad we did this since the market was not within walking distance. I highly recommend them to everyone. Hopefully, my daughter will have a movie at the Sundance Film Festival again next year and I will definitely call My Shuttle again. read more

I booked a trip for my wife to meet us in Logan the night before our family vacation. We received a text message the afternoon before her trip confirming her flight and arrival time into SLC. Her Driver ( Wayne ) did nothing short of treating her like a true V.I.P. He texted her literally within a few minutes of landing, and gave her specific instructions as to where he would meet her when she was ready. She did not wait more than a few minutes from the time she picked up her luggage and walked outside. Upon arrival to the hotel, he got her bags out of the back of the vehicle and opened her door, greeted me with a handshake and wished us well on our trip. Traveled from Maine to Salt Lake City for a long weekend, never having been to the area. Before our trip, we set up a reservation with My Shuttle to take us from the airport to our downtown hotel and confirmed online. Travis, our driver, texted me as soon as we landed and gave us easy-to-follow instructions on where to meet him. He met us in minutes. He was so pleasant AND professional we asked for him again for our return a few days later. We were to meet him at 6:30am, but to our embarrassment his text at 6:15am woke us up! We scrambled to get ready and apologized, but he was totally cool about it. We still made the airport in plenty of time. Everything about their service was flawless! We used My Shuttle the week after Christmas while vacationing in Park City for transportation to and from the Salt Lake City Airport. The online reservation process was very easy and they provided very clear instructions about how the process would work once we arrived. The night before we departed I received a confirmation text from our driver which was very reassuring considering I made the reservations so far in advance. My Shuttle is great! They made transportation so easy from SLC Airport to our condo, and back to SLC Airport during our ski trip to Park City. They sent me a text message the night before and confirmed our pick up time, thereby eliminating any confusion that may arise. Our flight into SLC Airport arrived about a half an hour early, and the driver already knew this, and sent us another text asking if we wanted to be picked up earlier. On our return to the airport, we also got done skiing earlier than expected, and they accommodated us by picking us up at an earlier time! Took four adults with two HUGE snowboard bags + 3 large roller suitcases with no problem. We asked Ron to change our pick up time back to airport an hour before original scheduled time and he was able to accommodate us with no problem which made our last day in town even better. My husband and I just returned from Park City and had excellent transportation services from My Shuttle. It's a family-owned business and they really care about their service. We were picked up promptly at SLC via easy text messaging, and we were picked up exactly on time at our hotel on departure based on a pre-arranged pickup time. The cars were large enough or equipped with Thule carriers to carry our skis and luggage. The drivers were pleasant, polite, and drove safely. Mike drove me to the SLK airport from Park City last week. A car shot out of the blue, crossing the highway in front of us to get to the left lane on the other side. There was a line of cars in that lane, so the driver - stupendously reckless - stopped with half of his car dangerously sticking into our lane. Mike was alert, and managed to stop our car with what looked like only a few feet to spare. Mike averted what could have been a nasty crash, and luckily there was no vehicle behind us so we didn't get rear-ended. Mike remained calm and collected throughout. My Shuttle gets my highest recommendation. My family has employed them regularly for the past couple of years to get to/from PC and the SLC airport. The very first time I booked a pick up with them from the SLC airport, my flight was delayed significantly due to a storm on the east coast and did not arrive in SLC until after 2 a.m. I was certain we were going to be stranded at the airport. We booked My Shuttle online for a Christmas ski trip to Park City. These guys are awesome! Excellent communication, texting to confirm, and waiting with the vehicle at the airport door. Plenty of room for a family of 5 adults with 5 large bags plus carry-ons. We had Martin & Ron, both were very friendly, helpful, personable, professional & excellent drivers. Vehicles were spacious & clean. Ron texted on Christmas Day to confirm pick up and departure for the next day and was flexible to adjust leaving time if necessary due to snow. My Shuttle is the best. Mike and Hollie were our professional drivers. Both were great, as they provided a more personal (feel) shuttle service to/from Park City, UT. Both trips were accompanied by interesting local facts in the SLC and PC areas, suggested off-mountain attractions/activities, and historical interest. Both shuttle vehicles were warm, comfortable, and accommodated our skis (180 cm). January 2016 we traveled to Park City for the first time and used My Shuttle from SLC airport to Park City and back. Both times their drivers were awesome! Mike was friendly and professional, Martin was impeccable. I couldn't stop asking myself if he wasn't one of those guys who wrote the driving test in the Mountain States!
