When I walked in, I didn't see anyone working up front. I eventually saw an employee when I made my way back toward the front, but she never greeted or acknowledged me. The clothing is organized by type--denim, skirts, shirts, etc.--and then by color rather than size, so you have to dig through the racks to find your size. I saw a mix of brands like Forever 21 and Zara, including some pieces that still had their original tags on them. The clothing prices seemed pretty reasonable and affordable overall. I didn't end up finding anything I liked, though, so I can't really speak to the value beyond what I saw while browsing. The shoe selection was probably the most impressive part. I spotted designer brands including Manolos, Gucci, and Louboutins. I wear a size 5, so there wasn't much available for me, but there appeared to be a better selection in larger sizes.
