I was at the Spectrum for dinner with friends and discovered that my favorite brand has a store here too! I stopped in to check things out, and as always, the service was fantastic--just like their other locations. The girls working were incredibly helpful and showed me all the new holiday dresses they just released. What I love most about this brand is that each piece feels truly one-of-a-kind. The quality and craftsmanship are unmatched, and I always look forward to seeing what's new because they never disappoint! On this visit, I was lucky enough to meet the designer, which was such a treat!! She just happened to be stopping by, and was kind enough to take the time out of her night to chat with me and my friends. It was so inspiring hearing her talk about the thought and care that goes into choosing the fabrics and lace details for each design as she creates each piece. She even shared the story behind the dress I ended up buying to go with a cardigan I had just bought (she even showed me photos of the Parisian manor that inspired the collection), and it made the experience feel even more special. This store is a true gem, and I feel so lucky to have it in my shopping rotation. It's not like anything else out there, and I'll definitely keep coming back whenever I need a pick-me-up. The pieces this store carries are adorable, well Made, & one-of-a-kind. Kassy was extremely welcoming despite coming in @ 5 till close, and helpful with her suggestions. The store and its contents exude feminine energy and offer beautiful, luxurious, ultra-girly circle and ruffled skirts, bustiers and dresses of various lengths and fits. I purchased an outfit for a wedding as well as a birthday party and summer rendezvous. The clothing ranges from about $80 - $100 a piece; aside from the sale section which offers hefty 40% price for equally cute and high-quality items from what I'm assuming is the past season. Unlike most sales racks, you can find treasures of all sizes rather than throwaway items in either XXS or XXL. My favortie piece i purchased was actually from the sale section and was a fitted white skirt with floral details and a pink bow across the waist which was actually flattering, indicative of the high quality KESTAN maintains. Cute little dress and jewelry shop in Irvine Spectrum! I loved the dainty and pretty jewelry on display. They have lots of different designs and options. From the items I looked at, the items ranged from around $30 for simple pendants to $90 for the more elaborate designs. There are also several racks of dresses, tops, and bottoms to choose from that are all very pretty girly designs. The staff were all really nice and attentive. I found out about Kestan because they were having a celebration where guests who RSVPd could get mystery gifts and a gift card ranging from $15-$100. I really enjoyed the event and thought it was a great way to be introduced to the shop! read more

Loved shopping at Kestan. Found the perfect dress for a wedding this weekend that fit perfectly! Each dress is unique and different compared to everything else Ive seen before. Every dress I tried on looked so amazing it was hard to decide what to get. Chloe was so sweet and courteous. She took the time to help me find what I was looking for, while giving me time to decide. I would say Chloe made my whole experience 1000/10. These days, it's so difficult to find good customer service, so to see how much Chloe took time in helping and giving advice was incredibly kind and professional. Because I happened to be in the area, I visited this location of Kestan since I had enjoyed my experience at the Arcadia location as well. The girls in this store were attentive, kind, and clearly knowledgeable about the clothing in the store. There was a wide variety of dresses and separate pieces and I couldn't choose just one! It's worth spending a little more for the long lasting quality and original, unique designs of the clothing at Kestan! DO NOT come here unless your Asian or white and under 100 pounds - they don want you there to the point they will ignore you. I came into this store and left after a few minutes after every employee was completely rude and acted like I didn't even exist. then an ad came up for this shop on my instagram and I commented about my experience so of course instead of addressing that they deleted it. I stopped by to pick up a generous 2-year anniversary gift and Stephanie, the founder of the line, was there to go through all the details of her jewelry and clothing lines and was very friendly. I ended up getting just one item (an outer layer item). The dressing rooms were open though so I could have tried more on if I wasn't a little short on time. I also didn't notice the sale section on the other side of the store, so I can't wait to go back and see what else there is! The jewelry is more on the dainty side and looks very simple yet elegant. I'm super picky about jewelry and don't find pieces that I like that often. The person there was very patient and informative. Disappointed. Bait and switch. Came in to purchase several gifts. After spending time to select bracelets and necklaces, the sales associate realized that the register rang up a higher price than the price tag on the display bracelet and necklace tag. I assumed that she would override the register to honor the price tag on the item since that's why I picked it for a gift as it was in my price range. Instead, the sales associate pulled out a pink folder that also had the same price as the tag. After this confirmation, I again assumed she would honor the price on the tag and the pink folder. But nope. The associate told me that despite the price tag and the pink folder price, she would have to charge the higher price and that she didn't know why it wasn't ringing up with the correct price. She then called a manager on the phone who apparently said that the price tag and pink folder were wrong and had to charge the higher price. So beware. If you think you're paying the price on the tag then think again. The register will increase the price. read more
